Decent spot right on the water. Sunday BBQ was pretty good, pork chops and ribs were the standout. Got there a bit late and some stuff was already gone, so go early if you want the full spread. Friendly crowd, mostly cruisers and locals. Fine for a casual afternoon.

The grilled octopus here was properly charred, tender in the middle. That smoky flavor carried the whole plate. Didn't need the sauce honestly. Portion's on the smaller side for the price but the taste makes up for it. Would order two next time.

Decent spot in San Ignacio for lunch. Food was pretty good, staff friendly enough. Nothing fancy but it does the job when you're hungry.

The banana pancakes were solid, and the jumbo shrimp hit the spot too. Happy hour deals are decent, bartenders friendly. Place has a nice laid-back vibe, though seating felt a bit cramped.

We sat outside by the water and the breeze was just right. I had the blackened fish and it was cooked well, flaky and seasoned nicely. Service was friendly without hovering. Only thing is we waited a bit for our table, but once we ordered, things moved along fine. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The hammock chairs right on the beach got me. Just sat there with my drink, watching the water. It's a little far from town, but that's part of the charm honestly. Service was friendly too, didn't have to wave anyone down. Would come back just for that relaxed vibe.

Nice place. Food was solid and the service from Theresa was on point. Estevan helped us out too, real professional. Good spot if you want a nicer dinner without the fuss.

The jerk snapper was solid and the rice and peas with fried plantain hit the spot. Happy hour drinks kept the bill reasonable. Seating felt a bit cramped though.

The jerk chicken here is seriously good—smoky, tender, falls right off the bone. Prices are a bit steep for what you get, but the flavors feel authentic. Staff were chill and helpful when I asked about the sides. I'd come back just for that chicken, honestly.

Prices run high, like you’re back in a big city. Wine pours? Kind of small. But the food quality carries it. Had the grilled snapper, cooked right, flaky and seasoned well. Service kept up too. Not a place for every week, but if you want solid seafood without the tourist trap feel, it works. Just don’t come starving for the pour.

The ceviche here was solid—fresh fish, good lime kick. Sat right by the beach, which made it better honestly. Staff were chill, not rushing us. Only thing is if you're veggie, options are kinda thin. I'd still go back for the view and that ceviche though. 🌊

The stew chicken with rice and beans here is the real deal. Big plate, fair price, and it comes out piping hot. Staff treated us well, no complaints.

The sauce had good flavor and the crust was well done—simple, quality pizza that hits the spot. Good customer service and delivery option available.

The hudut hit different. That coconut fish stew had layers—sweet, savory, a little heat at the back. Ate it with the mashed plantain like the locals do. Staff explained the whole process, pounding the plantain, simmering the fish in coconut milk. Took their time with it. Worth the stop if you're in Dangriga. Just wish the portion was bigger for the price.

Prices are fair for the area, especially the drinks. Food came out hot and tasted good. Portion size was decent for what you pay.

Stopped by for a drink and ended up staying way longer than planned. Watching the planes come and go from the patio is genuinely entertaining. The place has that American sports bar feel—NFL stuff all over the walls, decent crowd. My old fashioned was solid, though I wish the pour was a bit heavier for the price. Food looked good but I didn't eat. Nice spot to kill an hour or two.

Upstairs bar is pretty good for drinks. JC was behind the bar and made the whole thing feel easy, like just hanging out. Got some seafood too, decent. Place had a nice buzz to it. Maybe a little loud if you want to have a real conversation, but fine for a casual night out.

Shrimp basket with breadfruit chips. That’s the one to get. Chips were crunchy, shrimp cooked right, not rubbery. Price was fair for what you got. Sat by the railing, water right there, but honestly I was just focused on the plate. Would order it again.

The lobster tail here was seriously good—some of the best I've had on the island, no question. The Catena Malbec went really well with it. Chimichurri sauce was a nice touch too. Place has a decent vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable enough to sit and take your time. Solid spot if you're craving Argentinian food and don't want the tourist-trap feel.
