Quinton looked after us properly - friendly without being over the top. First time here and he made it easy. Will be back.

The pizza here is always fresh and tasty. I appreciate that they don't overload it with grease. Staff were friendly too.

Came here on a busy Saturday with a few friends. The food was solid for what we paid, honestly not bad at all. Service was a bit slow but we were chatting so it didn't really bother us. Would come back if we're in the area again 😊

The caramel cake was properly soft and sweet — got it on the buy-one-get-one-free Mother's Day deal, which made it even better. Went down well with everyone.

Stopped here for breakfast and grabbed a seat facing the main road. Food was tasty, no complaints there. There was a small mix-up with my order but the staff sorted it out fast. Nice to just sit and watch the morning go by. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The staff remembered my order from last time, which was sweet. Had the grilled fish again - still fresh and flaky. Place gets a bit noisy but the vibe keeps it chill.

The staff actually remember you when you come back. They checked on us a few times during the meal without hovering. That kind of attention is hard to find these days.

Came for brunch with the family. Kids had fun in the garden while we waited. Staff were friendly, looked after the little ones well. Relaxed spot for families.

The meat was properly seasoned, decent portion for the price. Service was quick even though the place was busy. Solid spot if you're in the area and want something straightforward without the fuss.

Stopped by for coffee and cake the other day. The cakes are honestly the reason to come here—fresh, not too sweet, good texture. Croissants were a bit flat though, didn't really hit the mark. Coffee was fine, nothing fancy. It's a decent little spot if you're in the area and just want something simple.

Stopped here for a quick bite and honestly the toasted veg sandwich was better than I expected. Coffee was solid too. Place is tucked into a garden so it feels quiet and private, not like the usual busy spots. Staff were friendly without hovering. Only thing is it took a little while to get the food, but I wasn't in a rush. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Food’s solid and the vibe is cosy, service was on point too. Just felt the R25 for hot water with lemon was a bit much. Also not keen on the auto 12.5% tip suggestion.

Came for Sunday lunch, place wasn’t even full but service dragged a bit. Chicken livers though were properly good, fresh and well seasoned. Our waitress Chommie was sweet, checked in on us without hovering. Would’ve liked things to move faster, but the food made up for it.

Tried the homemade burger patties — really good, juicy and well seasoned. The staff were friendly and checked in without hovering. Place was a bit busy when I went, but they found me a comfortable spot near the window. Solid choice if you want a relaxed meal without fuss.

The high tea here is a proper treat. Got a good mix of sweet and savoury bites, and they swapped the savouries for veggie ones without any fuss. Service was friendly the whole way through. Terrace has a killer sea view too. Just wish the scones came out a bit warmer, but that's me being picky.

The seating is super comfortable, which honestly made us want to stay longer. The veggie options were proper dishes, not just an afterthought. Left full and happy.

We stopped by for a late lunch and I was really happy with how fresh everything tasted. The grilled fish was light, not oily at all, and the veggies still had a bit of crunch. Our waitress Snothile was lovely too, took time to explain the specials without rushing us. Place was warm and cosy, easy to relax in. Only thing, it got a bit busy after 1pm, but that’s probably a good sign.

Stopped by for a slice of cake and coffee. Big portions, that's for sure. Place was quiet enough to sit and relax for a bit. Staff were friendly, didn't rush me. Cake was good, not too sweet. Fine spot if you're in the area and need a break.

Stopped here after a round and sat outside—the golf course view is honestly the highlight. Clubhouse itself is pretty nice too. I had the chicken dish and it was solid, though nothing mind-blowing. My friends enjoyed theirs as well. Decent spot if you're already in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way.

Solid smash burgers and fries. Waitress sorted us out when the wind kicked up on the deck, moved tables without a fuss. BBQ wings were a bit off though, tasted more like tomato sauce. Durban North branch stays consistent, that's the main thing.

Came here for a quick bite after walking around the Pearl. The hazelnut latte was solid, and the avocado toast hit the spot. Place has that modern, open feel you don't always get in malls. Service was friendly enough. Only thing is the seating could be a bit more comfy if you're planning to stay a while.

The sushi’s solid, and that Wednesday deal—20 pieces for half price—is honestly hard to beat. I’ve been a few times now and it’s become my go-to midweek thing. Service is usually fine, but when it’s busy it gets a bit all over the place. Still, worth it for the price. Just maybe go a bit earlier to avoid the rush.

The flat white here was properly made, not too hot, good crema. I sat by the window and just watched the sea for a while, no rush. Pastry was fine, flaky enough. Service was friendly, didn't hover. Only thing is the seats are a bit hard after an hour, but that's minor. I'd come back for the coffee alone.

Came for breakfast and really liked the vibe inside. Cozy seating, easy to relax. Food was fresh and nicely plated. Only thing is it looks out at the parking lot, but that didn't bother me much.

We came in with a big group, place was packed. Service still kept up, no long waits for drinks or food. That's not always easy to pull off. Food was decent, nothing fancy, but they handled the crowd well. Good spot if you're with a bunch of people and don't want to be waiting around all night.

Stopped by for a chocolate croissant and honestly it was still warm. Flaky, buttery, the chocolate actually melted through it. Coffee was decent too. Place has that laid-back beach feel, easy to just sit and chill for a while. Wish I lived closer, honestly.
