Been here a few times. The duck skewer is always solid, cooked just right. The lavender cr&egrave;me br&ucirc;l&eacute;e is different, not too sweet. Live music was nice, but it gets a bit loud for conversation.

The set menu is a good deal. The duck and steak were tasty and the portions were generous.

The terrace is a nice spot for a meal on a good day. We had lunch there and it was pretty pleasant. The service was decent, though a bit slow at times.

This was a wonderful meal from start to finish! The Bergerac white wine paired perfectly with our dishes. Our starters, foie gras for me and sweetbreads in an amazing mushroom casserole for my husband, were delicious. We both had the sea bass for the main course and it too was delicious. The desserts were beautifully presented and tasty, but we couldn&rsquo;t finish them after all the great food that came before. Excellent, attentive service. No rushing. A beautiful evening! Merc&iacute; beaucoups!

Food is great, but last night they were not paying attention. At first they couldn&rsquo;t find my reservation. They forgot my coke and I had to ask a second time. No biggie. Then they forgot the mozzarella on my pizza. I had to send it back to get it. Then my husband and I got dessert, a waffle to split, and they forgot the cr&egrave;me chantilly.They made no attempt to make this right. Which is disappointing because their food is excellent and in 4 years of being a loyal customer this was my first bad experience. But when you repeatedly mess up, you should try to be commer&ccedil;ant.

Stumbled upon this spot. The &#39;Gargantua&#39; crepe for breakfast was solid. Staff was friendly and handled the language difference well. Good find for a quick, no-fuss meal.

Service was on point, and the pizzas paired nicely with a simple house red. Solid value for what you get.

Really appreciated the variety of vegetarian dishes here. The roasted vegetable tart was lovely. It&#39;s nice to find a place where everyone at the table can easily find something they like.

Michelin recommended with a suggested plate of the day - this one was an easy choice.  From the moment we walked in I was in love.  We chose the menus of the day - one vegetarian and the other fish options.  Both were phenomenal but the vegetarian course&#39;s were the star.  Wine recommended by the server was perfect as well.  We truly enjoyed lunch here. (note: we could easily hear other guests conversations so would recommend music in the background to hide the noise)

Outstanding restaurant - quality of food was  simply amazing as were the pairing wines.  Attentive, knowledgeable waiting staff ensured a relaxed and friendly experience.  Food was beautifully presented and  every course was totally delicious.  This was great value for money too .  We wish we had discovered this restaurant sooner!

The portions here are huge, you definitely get your money&#39;s worth. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the plate looked great. Honestly, for the price, the amount of food is a real plus.

A fantastic find in Castillion! Food is spectacular and extremely good value if you have the set menu. All starters were delicious but the langoustines were a highlight and the perfect size. We had the duck and beef for main courses which were also good sized portions and very flavoursome. It&rsquo;s a small but serene spot so best to book and service was delightful. Will definitely revisit!

Super! I&#39;ve been to many French restaurants, but the duck confit here was something else. The skin was perfectly crispy, and the meat just fell off the bone. A bit on the pricier side, but for that quality, it&#39;s understandable.
