Came here for a quick dinner and the service was decent. Vela took care of us, friendly without being over the top. Food was fine too, nothing crazy but solid. Place got a bit loud later in the evening, but that’s on us for the timing. Pretty good spot if you’re in the area.

Decent spot for a group dinner. Portions are proper big, easy to share. Interior's a bit fancier than I expected. Prices fair for Berlin.

Stopped by for a coffee and ended up staying a couple hours. Really calm vibe, plenty of seats. Pastries were solid, flaky and fresh. One barista actually remembered my usual order which caught me off guard. Nice little spot if you need to get some work done without the noise.

The burger itself was decent, but the cheese slice was pretty thin and the beef came out more done than I usually go for. Bacon was the real highlight though, nice and crispy. Quality is there, just felt a bit pricey for what you actually get on the plate.

The pizza here really impressed me—crispy crust and plenty of toppings. Portions are generous for the price too. Solid neighborhood spot.

Been coming here for a while now. Pho still has that deep flavor, and the portions are generous for the price. Fried rice is a safe bet too.

The shakshuka was properly spiced and really hit the spot. Cozy enough to eat alone without feeling awkward, which I always appreciate.

The cheesecake here is really something else—homemade, you can taste it. I sat by the window with my coffee and just stayed a while. WiFi worked fine, which was nice since I had some emails to catch up on. Cozy little place, not too loud. Service was friendly enough, though they took a bit to bring the bill. Still, a solid spot for a quiet afternoon.

Came here twice during my Berlin trip. The schnitzel was crispy and the potato salad had a nice tang. Service was attentive without hovering. Place got busy around 8 but we never felt rushed. Only downside - tables are a bit close together, you kinda hear everything from the next table. Still, I'd go back.

The food was solid and the room has a nice vibe, but the service felt a bit rushed. Our menus were just dropped on the table, no real greeting. Took a while to flag someone down for the bill too. I'd come back for the dishes, just maybe not on a busy night.

The grilled stuff here is really good - you can taste the wood fire in everything. Meats and veggies come out nicely charred. The spiced tea was a nice touch too.

The blueberry muffins here are a solid touch—not too sweet, which I liked. Coffee’s consistently good, but the iced version really hits the spot when it’s warm out. Popped in for a quick break and it did the job. Place gets a bit busy around noon, but that’s fine.

The banana bread here is seriously good—moist, not too sweet, with that nice crust on top. I grabbed a slice with a flat white and honestly it hit the spot. Place was busy but I found a seat by the window. Coffee's decent, nothing fancy, but it does the job. Would come back for the bread alone.

Open before most places around here, which is great for an early breakfast. Coffee was solid, staff friendly. Seats are a bit hard though, couldnt really relax for long.

The fish soup was really comforting, came with plenty of bread on the side. Simple and filling, didn't cost much either. 👍

The sushi here is consistently fresh—like, you can tell they go through their fish fast. Presentation was a step up from the usual neighborhood spot too. Had the omakase and it felt properly thought out, not just thrown on a plate. Place is small, so don't expect a quiet dinner, but that's fine by me.

The curry was solid and the price fair. They handled my food allergy without making a fuss. Pho looked good too, maybe next time.

The shawarma sandwich here is proper Beiruti style. Garlic sauce, green pickles, fries - simple and exactly how it should be.

Truffle poached eggs on brioche with hollandaise — that was the standout. Rich, filling, exactly what I needed on a cold morning. Coffee was solid too, not bitter. Service was quick and friendly, no complaints there. Place gets busy around noon, so come a bit earlier if you want a quiet table. I’ll be back for that dish again.

Stopped by for a quick lunch in Schöneberg. Portions are really generous for what you pay. Got the schnitzel, it was fresh and crispy. Place was busy but I got a seat right away. Nothing fancy, but it does the job if you're hungry and don't want to spend a fortune. Service was fine, no complaints.

Right under the S-Bahn tracks, super handy for a quick stop. Grabbed a few things, no hassle. Fine for what it is.

The owners are really friendly and the egg pastrami cheese toast hit the spot. Cappuccino was solid too. Quick service, which I appreciate during lunch.

Cozy spot, eggs Benedict were solid and coffee did the job. Service stayed quick even when busy. Just mind the €5 card minimum, and it gets loud inside.

Cozy spot in Friedrichshain, cake selection changes often. Staff friendly, though it got a bit busy when we visited.

Lovely spot, the interior really feels like Berlin—unpretentious but stylish. Food looked great and tasted even better. Staff stayed friendly even though the place was packed. Only thing: the menu is huge, took me ages to decide. 😅

Cozy little place, decent coffee and cake. The wine list is short but well picked—nice to have a proper glass with a slice of cake. Good for a quiet afternoon.

The doogh and fresh bread were really good, and the menu has plenty of traditional options. Felt like decent value for the area, too.
