Love this little pub on Princes Ave. Their fish and chips is always spot-on, and the price is right. That's why I keep coming back.

The lamb biryani is the reason I keep ordering. The rice is perfectly spiced and the meat just falls apart. I've tried a few other things, but I always come back to that one dish. Takeaway holds up well, too.

Solid Friday night. Food was spot on, service attentive. Price felt fair. Staff were really nice. Enjoyed it.

Nice vibe, good beer selection. Staff were friendly. Ended up staying longer than planned, might go back sometime.

Nice meal deals and bottomless brunch options. Manager was attentive, which helped on a busy Saturday. Food presentation was good.

Found a lovely Indian spot in Hull. The soft Hindi music playing in the background just felt so nice and warm. Saw a really nice mix of people there, all just enjoying their meals.

The cakes are freshly baked to order, which is a nice touch. The service was prompt and the assistant was friendly. It's a quiet spot, good for a quick coffee meeting. The cakes themselves were decent, though a bit on the sweet side for my taste.

The portions are generous for the price, and the ingredients taste so fresh. I got the takeaway this time, and it was just as good as eating at the restaurant. Really appreciate that.

Stayed in a room above the pub. Spacious, clean, and quiet for a central spot. The bed was super comfy, and a proper ensuite is always a win. The pub's bar downstairs had a decent selection of local ales, which was a nice perk after a long drive.

Came for a late breakfast, got the last outdoor table. The full English was decent, but honestly a bit steep for what you get. Portion felt a bit light for the price, especially the bacon. It's a nice spot though, just wish the value was a bit better.

The portions are huge. We had soup and sausage to start - each could have been a main. The main courses were just as filling. A very decent meal, though the sausage was a bit salty for my taste.

A decent spot for a relaxed bite. The all-day breakfast was pretty good, though the crumble could have been a bit warmer.

Decent spot for a pint. The rooftop terrace is a nice touch, especially on a sunny afternoon. Bit of a walk from the tube, but the location near the high street is handy for meeting up.

Their Margherita is my go-to. The crust has that perfect crisp, the sauce is tangy, and the mozzarella is so fresh. It’s just consistently good every single time.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They found us a lovely, comfortable booth by the window which made the whole lunch feel really relaxed. A nice, easy spot for a quiet meal.

Been coming here for years, and the all-day breakfast is always spot on. Never had it arrive less than piping hot, even when they're busy. That's what keeps me coming back.

The chicken madras was pretty good, and I liked the spicy poppadoms to begin with. It's a decent spot, especially as you can bring your own drinks. The service was fine, though it did get a bit busy later on.

Been back a few times now. The lamb shank last night was just as good as I remembered – really tender and fell right off the bone. A solid spot.

Popped in for a late lunch, just before closing. The staff were fine with it. Had a simple toastie and chips. The chips were pretty good, decent portion for the price. A solid little spot.

Lovely spot for a quiet coffee. The sleepy jazz music is a nice touch, really adds to the cosy vibe. Perfect for just sitting and watching the street for a while. My latte was good, though it did cool down a bit quickly.

Came in on Father's Day. The food arrived sizzling hot, just like it should. Olivia and Kaye were so on top of things, really made the whole thing smooth. We're already thinking about next Sunday.

Had our wedding reception here. The buffet was a real hit with our guests, everyone kept mentioning how much they enjoyed it. Staff were lovely throughout.

Decent meal for the price. The king prawn starter was pretty good. Had a couple of courses and some wine, all fairly reasonable. A solid option if you're in the area.
