Been back three times since moving to Cornwall. The food’s consistently good – the Sunday roast is spot on. Staff are lovely with our dogs, always have a treat ready. Makes a difference when you’re out with the pups.

Been coming here for years after my weekend walks. The oat flat white and cinnamon roll are still as good as ever. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

Been coming here for years. The crumble is always spot on, just like you'd make at home. Portions are decent, never feel like you're being short-changed on the plate. Prices are fair for what you get.

A proper family-run spot, feels like someone's home. The staff are lovely and chatty. I saw a mix of locals grabbing a quick bite and tourists with maps out. Really nice vibe for a relaxed lunch.

Lovely chilled vibe for a Sunday. Carly was just so warm and attentive, really made us feel looked after. That kind of genuine service is a nice touch.

Came for the Sunday roast. That roast beef was just spot on, really tender and flavourful. The walnut brownie after was a nice touch too. Good spot for a lazy weekend lunch.

Handy spot right by the ferry. Popped in for a quick bite before catching the steam train. The portion for the fish and chips was decent, but at £16.50, I did expect a bit more on the plate. It filled me up, just.

Stopped by after a walk along the beach. The view is lovely, just a few steps from the water. Had a simple lunch, nothing fancy, but the setting made it really nice. A bit pricey for what it was, but you're paying for the spot I guess.

Been coming here for years, and the coffee is always spot on. Doesn't matter if it's a quick takeaway or a slow sit-down, it's consistently good. That's what keeps me coming back.

Love the 70s and 80s tunes they play here. It’s a bright, clean spot with a really chill vibe. The staff are super friendly and the free WiFi is a nice touch for a casual hangout.

The chips were spot on - hot, crispy, and perfectly salty. The fish was decent too. Portions are generous for what you pay, which is always a plus. A solid choice for a classic.

Been coming here for years. The lamb is always spot on, cooked just right and packed with flavour. That’s the one I keep coming back for.

Stumbled on this cafe after a walk. The tuna mayo sandwich was decent, but for £8.50 I expected a bit more filling. The scone was nice though.

Nice pub with a pool table and sport on the telly. The outdoor terrace is decent, heaters are a plus.

Always busy, but the line moves fast. Got the classic burger and fries. Exactly what you want for a quick, solid lunch. No fuss, just good food. Worth the short wait.

Been going here for years, and their pasty is still the best around. The pastry just melts, and the filling's always spot on. That's why I keep coming back.

I've had gelato all over Italy, and this spot is the real deal. The pistachio flavour is incredibly intense, just like the ones I had in Sicily. That's the mark of a good gelateria for me.

Been coming here for years, and Savannah at the bar is a big reason why. She remembers my usual, always has a new drink suggestion that actually works, and just makes the place feel like a proper local spot. That kind of consistent, friendly service keeps me coming back.

Decent fish and chips for the price. Had the cod and chips lunch special - portion was generous, fish was fresh. Quick service, easy to grab and go. The daily deal is worth checking out.

The lunch deal is pretty good value. Cod and chips with a hot drink for a decent price. Fish was cooked well, nice crispy batter.

I've been a regular here for years, and their loose leaf tea is always so fresh. The cinnamon toast is my go-to—you can tell they use good quality ingredients. It's just a nice, simple treat.

Found this spot by chance. The food was really well done, fresh ingredients and cooked just right. Staff were lovely, even threw in a free dessert which was a nice touch. The place itself was spotless.

Quick service even when packed. They fixed a wrong drink order without any hassle.

The Sunday roast is the reason to come. The beef was properly tender, and the Yorkshire pudding was spot on - crispy outside, soft inside. The veg were fresh but could have been a bit more seasoned. Portions are generous.

Perfect spot for a quick bite after the aquarium. Food came out fast, which was great when you're hungry. Decent fish and chips, nothing fancy but hit the spot.

I always get the chicken tikka masala with mushroom rice for takeaway. It’s consistently ready on time, and the staff are so friendly when I pick it up. Makes for a really easy, pleasant dinner.

Quick lunch spot. Clean and not too loud even when packed. Got the chicken sandwich, came out fast. Good for a quick bite between meetings.

Had a lovely family meal here. The staff were really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh and tasty, with plenty of healthy options to choose from. A nice spot for a relaxed get-together.

The staff are really quick to clear tables, which is nice. Keeps the place feeling clean and tidy.

The Mexican burger here has a good kick to it. The patty was juicy and the spice level was just right, not overpowering. That's what I came for. Portions are decent.
