The Pastel Vasco here is a must. I always get it for the quality of the ingredients, you can really taste the difference.

Been going here for years. It's a proper local place, not for tourists. The pinchos at the bar are always fresh and look the part. Staff are friendly, like they know you. Just a solid spot.

That grilled octopus was something else. So tender it practically melted, with this perfect char on the outside. Honestly, I could have just ordered two plates of that and been happy. The steak was good too, but the octopus stole the show for me.

The gambas pintxos were tasty. The shrimp had a good bite, not overcooked, and the garlic oil was flavorful but not too heavy. Went well with a glass of white wine. Simple, straightforward.

The tortillas here are the real deal. They've got that perfect, slightly chewy texture and a deep corn flavor you just don't find everywhere. I always grab a dozen to go. The place is nothing fancy, but that's exactly the point.

The waiter was so kind, took the time to explain the specials. Felt genuinely looked after, not just served. That kind of warmth is nice.

The squid in ink was the star. Perfectly tender, the sauce had a deep, briny flavor. Paired well with a glass of crisp white wine. A solid choice for a casual dinner.

Good spot by the bridge. Parking was easy. The weekend set menu for €15 had plenty of options. Went for the grilled fish. Decent portion, nothing fancy but solid for the price.

The wine list is compact, but I appreciated the focus on quality over quantity. Prices felt reasonable for the region. It complemented the authentic Basque dishes nicely, especially with their emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. A good match for the food.

Been coming here for years. The daily special is always solid, never disappoints. That's the main reason I keep coming back.

The burrata was the star of the show for me. So creamy and fresh with the pesto. The whole vibe of the place just felt right, you know? A really nice spot to unwind.

Came back for the magret de canard. It's the one I always think about. Perfectly cooked, crispy skin, just like last time. The view of the fort from the terrace is still lovely.

Typical local spot. The hake was really good, fresh and flaky. Portions are big, we couldn't finish ours. Just a solid, no-fuss meal.

Busy night but staff were still super friendly. Helped us pick a dish and food came out quick. Good service when it's packed.

The vibe here is just right. A mix of locals and visitors, all chatting away. The service is quick, food arrives fast. It feels like a place that’s lived in.

Sat on the terrace, the view was just magical. The piperade toast with a fried egg was so good, we ended up ordering a second round for the table. Perfect spot for a long catch-up with friends.

Nice spot for a family lunch. Staff is friendly and takes time to chat, feels personal. Food was decent. A bit on the pricey side for what you get, but the service makes up for it.

Been coming here for years. The staff is always on it, and the menu has something for everyone. You can tell they really care about their pizza.

The combination plates here are a great deal. I really appreciated the fresh vegetables in my dish, they were crisp and clearly not from a can. The grilled chicken was simple but well-seasoned. A solid, healthy option for a quick lunch.

Been here a few times. Shared the cheesecake and yogurt mousse with my wife last night. Both are homemade, really good. Bill didn't hurt the wallet either.

Solid quick lunch spot. Burger was juicy, cooked just right. Chocolate pot for dessert hit the spot. Got my order in under 10 minutes, which is key for my break. Prices are fair.

The steak frites was the only thing I ordered. The fries were crisp, but the steak was a bit overcooked for my liking. Still, the peppercorn sauce had a good depth of flavor.
