Company lunch for 20. Owner set up a custom fish menu, had gluten-free options too. Really accommodating. Felt welcome.

Good selection of burgers and bruschetta. The crispy buns were a nice change. Service was quick, but the music was a bit too loud for conversation.

The wine list here is solid. Tried a couple of glasses, both were decent and reasonably priced. Nothing fancy, but they get the job done.

Been coming here for years. The service is always the same - friendly, quick, and they remember my usual order. That's what keeps me coming back. It's just a reliable spot.

Mauro's place just feels like home. The selection is huge, everything tastes so fresh. It's like walking into your own kitchen, but better.

Nice big terrace, really clean. Feels like a proper local family spot. Had a simple pasta there, nothing fancy, but it was solid. Good for a relaxed evening.

The young team here is really helpful. They explained the ingredients in the salad dressing when I asked, which I appreciated. It's nice to see a staff that's knowledgeable about what they're serving.

Loved the focaccia here. So fresh, with that real local taste. The menu is small and focused on Puglian dishes, which I like. Keeps things simple and good.

The croissants were so fresh, flaky and buttery. I really appreciate that they use high-quality ingredients. The coffee was smooth too. A lovely spot for a simple, wholesome breakfast.

My friend’s truffle pasta was incredible, so fragrant and creamy. My fried prawns and calamari were fine, but nothing special. The vibe here is really cool though.

The portions here are huge! I was so surprised when my pasta arrived, it was enough for two people. Really good value for money, especially in this area.

The coffee here is top-notch, and they had a lovely selection of pastries. The croissant was fresh and buttery. What really stood out was their suggestion for a light, crisp white wine to pair with the almond croissant—unexpected and surprisingly good. A nice spot for a relaxed morning.

Fresh seafood without the drive. Solid. Ingredients are top-notch, plates look great. Service was attentive, staff friendly. Prices fair for what you get. Tables spaced well, good for private chats.

Toast, focaccia, pancakes—all solid. The pancakes were fluffy, just right. Fresh orange juice too. Been coming here for years, they keep it simple and good.

Very good and interesting menu, big portions. Service is very friendly. Our favorite place in Trani

Prices are honestly fair for what you get. The pasta was so fresh, you could tell it was made that day. Portions were generous too.

Been coming here for years, and the fish counter is the main reason. Pino’s always there, knows his stuff. Last time we had some leftover raw squid, and they just fried it up for us on the spot. That kind of thing keeps me coming back.

Francesco was so helpful with the wine pairing. He suggested a local white that went perfectly with the grilled fish. The staff was really attentive to our table.

The cappuccino was just right, not too bitter. I liked watching them pour the foam. The staff was nice and spoke English well, which helped. Pastries looked good, but I only had the coffee this time.

The wine list here is a real highlight. They suggested a local red that paired beautifully with the pasta. Service was attentive, prices fair. A solid choice for a relaxed dinner.

I had the pleasure of dining at Varietà recently, and it was a fantastic experience. The octopus was expertly cooked—tender and flavorful, with a delightful char that made each bite memorable. The tuna was equally impressive, fresh and perfectly seasoned, showcasing the chef's skill. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. I highly recommend Varietà for anyone craving Italian dishes. I can't wait to return!

Definitely worth a visit, awesome service, generous hospitality, they are eager to please and accommodate. Their specialty is focaccia sandwiches and they are great at it. Local flavors galore. Will come back again, 100%! Thank you!

I highly recommend making a reservation, as this restaurant can get quite busy. The food quality is top-notch, and the service is generally very good, contributing to a pleasant dining experience.

The crust was light and crispy, and the portions were generous. I appreciated that the meal didn't leave me feeling heavy afterwards.

Nice spot. The staff explained the dishes well and suggested a wine that worked. The set menu had enough variety to keep things interesting.

The ingredients are so fresh, you can really taste the quality.

This little restaurant was another delicious dining spot in Matera. We ate on the terrace. Plenty of shade. Good choices for vegetarians. Good service and they threw in a beautiful day too!

The focaccia barese was fantastic, so fresh and fluffy. The lasagna was solid, classic comfort food. They warmed the plate for my takeout, which was a nice touch. A bit on the pricier side, but the food quality is there.

The pasta was cooked just right, and the sauce had a nice depth. Portions are generous for the price. A solid choice for a casual dinner.
