The simplicity of the menu works well and the food is always very good. Pick a window seat and you can&rsquo;t go wrong. I went for the Tabac burger on this occasion. it went down a treat.. 👍

Decent selection of classic Japanese dishes. We shared a few plates and some sushi rolls. Everything tasted pretty good and was nicely prepared. The service was a bit slow at times, but it was fine overall.

Carole provided excellent service during our visit. Her positive attitude and great recommendations made our experience memorable.

The service here is top-notch! Our server, Grace, was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was served quickly and tasted fantastic.

The staff and owners always make you feel very welcome and looked after. Special mention to the gentleman who looked after us today 8th June and he was working on his birthday . He&rsquo;s a credit to the restaurant. Very attentive with a lovely manner , made the afternoon lovely. Duck and chorizo salad was the standout. The duck was properly cooked, not dry at all, and the chorizo had a nice smoky kick to it. The greens were fresh, but the portion felt a bit small for the price.

Small place, always busy. Good thing they do takeout. Got the chicken wrap for lunch - quick and filling. Perfect for a fast bite between meetings. Wrap was fresh, decent size.

The Nutella pancakes were so good, thick and warm. The homemade lemonade was just right, not too sweet. A nice little stop for something sweet.

Stopped in for lunch after shopping. The haddock was fresh and the batter crispy. Portion was generous for the price, left feeling full. Mushy peas were a bit sweet for my taste, but overall good value.

The waffle cone was dipped in chocolate, which was a nice touch. The Bounty &amp; Rum n Raisin flavours were a really good combo. Staff were lovely and the place is sparkling clean.

The turnip cake with XO sauce was a standout. I really appreciated the quality of the ingredients; the turnip had a lovely, fresh texture that wasn&#39;t greasy at all. A very satisfying choice.
