Nice spot for a quick coffee. Staff were friendly and the pond outside is a bonus.

The team here are genuinely lovely. They remembered a fish we'd mentioned when booking and managed to get it in for us. A really nice touch. The sommelier's suggestion for a white wine to go with it was spot on.

Staff made my mum's birthday special. Table decorations, even sang for her. That was really nice of them. Food portions were big for the price.

Came for the early bird specials and wasn't disappointed! The menu had so many options it was hard to choose. Ended up with the seafood pasta and it was spot on. The place itself is lovely and clean, felt really welcoming.

Kerrie and the team were so polite and helpful. It just makes the whole visit feel a bit nicer, you know?

The hummus and olive platter was pretty good. Decent portion with salad and pitta, definitely filling for the price. The hummus itself was smooth and flavourful. A solid choice for a light lunch.

The staff were really thoughtful. They noticed we had sandwiches to take away and offered to cut them up for us, even putting them on proper plates. Little touches like the chocolate with the coffee make a difference.

The lamb qouzi was lovely and tender. Portions are generous for the price, which is nice. I found the booth seating quite comfortable for a relaxed meal.

The staff here are so friendly, made our little breakfast catch-up feel really nice. Great spot for a chat with friends!

Interesting old building. The pour-over coffee was a highlight, really took their time with it. Toasted sandwich was solid, good flavours. A nice spot for a relaxed bite.

The bar manager really knows his stuff. Suggested a lovely Spanish red that went perfectly with the charcuterie board. Staff are friendly, no fuss. A bit pricey for the wine, but you're paying for the expertise.

The staff really know their stuff about allergies. They took my nut allergy seriously, checked everything with the kitchen, and explained the prep for my dish. Felt safe ordering.

Decent Chinese buffet, and the evening parking is a plus. Their house red was a surprisingly good match with the roast duck.

Lots of choice here, the staff are friendly enough. But those donuts are the real draw - they're huge and only a couple of quid each. Really good value for what you get.

Found this place by chance. Portions are huge, honestly couldn't finish my plate. The lamb shank was spot on. Staff were really friendly and checked on us a few times.

The cocktails were fabulous, honestly. The food was nice too, but those drinks were the star for me. Good value, felt like a proper treat.

A proper cosy spot. The food's solid, but what I really appreciate is how the staff know their drinks. Suggested a lovely red to go with my steak, spot on. Service is genuinely friendly without being overbearing.

The food here is really well put together. Had the grilled octopus, it was tender with a nice char, and the seasoning was spot on. Just a bit pricey for the portion size.

I had a lovely meal at this restaurant with a fantastic view of the dock. The service was brilliant, and the staff were very attentive.

The Moroccan cauliflower was a real highlight, really nicely spiced. Service was fine and the bill came in a bit under what I'd budgeted, which is always a plus. It does get busy, so booking ahead is a good idea.

Amazing food shared a fish starter which was excellent and pasta main fab, attentive waiting on staff friendly and helpful, will be back

Hygiene rating is 5 stars, which is a big plus for me. The toilets were actually spotless, which you don't see everywhere. Food was really good.

Staff were so nice and made us feel right at home. They kept checking on our table without being pushy, which was perfect for a relaxed catch-up with friends. Really liked that vibe.

Been coming here for years. The Scouse is the real deal, just like my nan used to make. Staff are always friendly and quick to help. A proper local spot.

Perfect spot for a quick brunch. Eggs Benedict were spot on, runny yolks and all. Pancakes with mascarpone were solid. Got my food fast, which is all I need on a busy day. Lemonade was a nice touch.

The upstairs area is a nice spot to work with good views. Gets pretty packed around lunchtime, though.
