Called last minute for New Year&#39;s Eve, they squeezed us in. Grandma was well looked after, food was solid.

Dropped by for a late lunch. Gang was friendly and pointed me to the duck, which was a solid call. Pad thai was decent too, fresh and not greasy. Food came out quicker than I expected. Place is a bit cramped but fine for a quick bite. Pretty good overall for the price.

The salad with their homemade dressing was really good, and that &#39;Kamasutra&#39; dessert surprised me. Fair prices for Bern, though the room is a bit snug.

Stopped by for a drink and tiramisu&mdash;the view really is the main draw. Only one server on the terrace though, she was running around but handled it fine.

Owner actually walked us out and said goodbye, kinda nice. Place isn&#39;t fancy but you can tell they care. Maybe a bit slow between courses, but fine if you&#39;re not in a rush.

I don&#39;t know HOW this restaurant is rated 4.5 stars. Terrible service, terrible prices, terrible quality.Very poor service: old man running the restaurant was highly impatient and wife scammed us on price conversion -- tip: they only accept cash.The value is terrible. The equivalent of 60USD (50CHF) for a grease-soaked plastic container of fried rice (incredibly bland and tasteless) with a count of (5) small strips of chicken and a heart-attack-inducing greasy noodle dish, served with more salt than is in the Atlantic ocean.We tried to be hospitable and nice to the owner, but they responded with indifference, short temper, and annoyance. Insanely rude service, especially from the chef.Yeah, I understand, the prices in Switzerland are crazy expensive, but I wouldn&#39;t feed this food to my dog. Not worth $30 a dish. My tip? Don&#39;t go. Unless you want to be insulted and go to the least hospitable place in Murren.
