Stopped by the V8 Hotel restaurant for dinner. Cool motorsport theme throughout, fits the place. Food was decent, but portions lean small for what you pay. Service took a while to get going, though it picked up later. Fine if you&#39;re staying here and don&#39;t want to leave the property.

Nice little breakfast place. Got busy around 9 but service held up fine. Their homemade pastries are the real deal, you can tell they make everything fresh. Coffee was decent too.

The Vital Plate salad was pretty big for the price, honestly. I got it for lunch and it held me over the whole afternoon. Greens were fresh, not sad and wilted like some places. They rotate the menu which keeps it interesting if you come often. Just wish they had more dressing on the side, but that&#39;s me being picky.
