The place was packed but Michael and Eva still took the time to check on us. Service didn't slip at all, which is pretty rare for a busy Friday night.

Grabbed a takeaway coffee here. The barista was so lovely, really took her time to make it just right. Perfect for a quick catch-up with a mate before we headed off.

The full English was cooked exactly how we asked. Good spot for savoury crepes too.

First time here and it's such a friendly spot. The staff are lovely and made me feel right at home. The coffee was fantastic, and I really appreciated how comfortable the seating was. A nice, relaxing place for a quiet cup.

Popped in for lunch and got the pea and ham soup. Tasted exactly like my gran used to make, really hit the spot on a grey day. Just a solid, no-fuss meal.

The play village kept our toddler busy for hours. Loved the fresh, creative setups like the little ice cream shop and supermarket.

The caramel latte cake was spot on, just like the ones I've had abroad. It's a lovely little spot for catching up with a friend, really cosy and clean. We ended up staying for ages just chatting.

Lovely spot right on the old railway path. Good for a pit stop if you're cycling or walking past. The view over the harbour and up to the castle is the real draw here.

We popped in for a late lunch. The food was spot on, and Tracey’s team are lovely. What really stood out was their wine list – found a really nice glass of Pinot Noir that went perfectly with my steak sandwich. Just a shame they were out of the house red by then. A friendly spot, for sure.

Popped in for a coffee but ended up browsing for ages. They have these great hoodies with the local logo, plus all sorts of beach bits and local produce. Left with a coffee and a new favourite jumper.

The matcha cake was good, not too sweet. The place is quiet and convenient for a quick coffee meeting. Service was efficient.

The Biscoff latte was the standout. It had a proper, thick layer of that speculoos paste right at the bottom. You really have to stir it well to get that caramelised biscuit flavour through the whole drink. Not too sweet either, which I liked. The iced matcha was fine, but the latte was the one.

The karaage focaccia with kimchi and hollandaise was spot on. Coffee was good too.

The new decor is bright and retro, but I miss the old layout with more armchairs.

The avocado and halloumi on sourdough was the star. The halloumi had a perfect sear, salty and squeaky, and the avocado was creamy but not mushy. It all sat on a thick, tangy slice of sourdough that held up well. Just a really solid, tasty plate.

The hot chocolate was spot on after a brisk walk. The mini mince pie was fresh and really hit the spot.

Nice spot for a coffee break in the square. The outdoor seating is just right for people-watching on a sunny afternoon. Had a simple sandwich, nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. A solid choice when you're already in the area.

Lovely spot to grab a coffee and watch the world go by. The sun was out, so we sat outside—felt just like a little European cafe. My flat white was spot on. The interior is super clean and modern too.

Sat outside with our dog. The salmon salad was nice, but the portion felt a bit small for the price.

Great spot for brunch, really light and airy. The food was tasty and the prices felt fair. What stood out for me was the service – the team were genuinely attentive. The wine list is decent, had a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc that went well with my eggs.

Been coming here for years, and the lemon muffins are always spot on. Moist, not too sweet, just the right amount of zest. They've never let me down. That consistency is what keeps me popping in.
