Been coming for years. The food's still spot on, but I've always noticed the portions are a bit small for what you pay.

Perry and Tamsin were lovely servers, really polite and helpful. All the staff were a credit to the place. The pizza was pretty good too. A decent evening out.

Popped in for a quick bite and had the pan-fried cod. It was really well done, crispy skin and the fish was spot on. A proper find for a pub meal. Just a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

A large takeaway order from here recently. Everything arrived fresh and piping hot, which is a real plus for fish and chips. The staff were very accommodating with our group. A solid choice in Swanage.

Lovely Sunday roast at this pub. The beef was perfectly pink and tender, the Yorkshires were huge and fluffy. Gravy had a good depth to it. A solid pint of their house ale to go with it. Just what you need.

Came in on a whim, the place looked quite simple from outside. Ended up ordering a pasta special, the squid ink tagliatelle. It was genuinely delicious, rich and perfectly cooked. Staff were nice too.

Stumbled upon this spot on holiday. The menu felt like home cooking, and the desserts were spot on. Prices are fair. Staff were really friendly and helpful, no wonder it's so popular with locals.

The Sunday roast was lovely. I had the double meat option, and the portion was generous. The beef was cooked perfectly, and the vegetables tasted so fresh. Really appreciated that.

Chicken tikka Madras had a proper fiery kick, just how I like it. The waiter was a friendly chap, which always helps. Good portion for the price, too.

Loved the generous portions here. Josh and the team were brilliant. A solid spot for dinner in the New Forest.

Booked ahead, which was essential as it's small and fills up quickly. The space has a unique, quirky vibe. Food was solid, service efficient. Good for a straightforward meal when you're in the area.

The space is really cool and eclectic, you can sit in the restaurant or the bar area. I had the nduja chicken pizza and nachos, both were tasty. Just a nice, relaxed spot to hang out.

The chef was so friendly, chatting about the menu. His chips were spot on – crispy, not greasy. Paired them with a local ale that cut through the salt perfectly. Staff are lovely, makes the place. A proper local vibe.

The owners clearly care about this place. They deep clean the kitchen and beer lines regularly. You can really taste the difference in the beer—it’s so clean and fresh. Makes for a very pleasant, worry-free drink.

Grabbed a lamb biryani to go. The space itself was really nice - loved the dark wood and those big, comfy booths. Made me wish I'd stayed to eat in. The food was still good when I got home, though.

The Veltins pilsner was spot on. What really got me was the space itself—high ceilings, those big industrial windows, and just enough room between tables so you don't feel packed in. A solid spot for a quiet pint.

The delivery driver actually came back to drop off my wallet that I left behind. So nice of him! Staff are always polite and helpful here.

Lovely old building, nice inside. Food was tasty and good quality. A pleasant spot for a quick lunch.

Loved the relaxed vibe here. The interior is so beautiful, just the right kind of cosy. Staff were lovely too. Food was proper home-cooked and tasty.

The vibe here is spot on for a catch-up with mates. Cocktails were fab, and the portions are huge - we ended up sharing a couple of plates. Good spot for a group.

The mixed platter starter was a solid choice. Chicken satay and spring rolls were top-notch. Quick and tasty for a lunch bite.

The macaroni and cheese was so good, exactly the kind of comfort food I was after. The booth seats were nice and roomy, which made for a really relaxed lunch. Just a lovely, cosy spot.

Nice place to drop by for a casual lunch. Staff were really friendly and didn’t rush us at all. Had the grilled chicken salad—fresh and decent portion. Felt relaxed just hanging out for a bit.

The staff were really friendly and gave some helpful suggestions. I asked about the ingredients in a couple of dishes, and they knew the details straight away, which I appreciated. It made choosing a healthy option much easier.

Just a heads up, they only take cash. Had to run to the ATM down the street before grabbing my lunch. A bit of a hassle when you're in a hurry.

The staff were so nice and really on the ball. They checked in just the right amount, not too much. It made the whole lunch feel relaxed and easy.

The fried egg on toast was just right - simple but done perfectly. The whole place has a calm, thoughtful vibe. My only small note is that the chairs are a bit hard for a longer sit. But the food is consistently fresh and well-made.
