The cinnamon in their pastéis de nata is really something. I got one fresh from the oven and the crust was so flaky. Not too sweet either, which I appreciate. The place itself is small and busy, but I managed to find a spot by the window. Friendly staff too. Would go back just for that pastry.

The green soup and brown rice were simple but did the job. Portion size was decent for the price, which is rare around here. Mini apple pies were a nice little extra. Place has that rustic, laid-back vibe. Good spot if you want something light without breaking the bank.

The desserts are the real deal here. I got the pastel de nata and it was still warm, crispy on the outside, soft inside. The rest of the food is home-style, nothing fancy, but that dessert alone made me happy. Service was friendly too. Just wish they had more seating, it got a bit crowded.

The pork sandwich here is still as good as the first time I tried it. Moist, tasty, no fuss. Place gets busy at lunch but the staff handle it well.

Been coming here for a while now. The octopus croquettes are still the best thing on the menu, never disappoint. Good spot for a quick bite and a beer.

Came for the view, stayed for the vinho verde on tap. Place was packed, mostly locals, which is always a good sign. Had the cod, pretty solid. Service was a bit slow but whatever, we weren't in a rush. Good spot if you're in the area.

Lovely little spot — got a chicken sandwich, pastry and cake for under €10. Staff helped us choose, which was nice since the selection is huge. Coffee was good too.

The view from the seafront tables is really lovely, you can just sit and watch the water. We had the cheese and prawn fondue which was decent, and the passion fruit sangria was a nice touch.

Simple food done right, and the prices are hard to argue with. Cash only though, so don't forget to hit the ATM before coming.

Found this place behind a small grocery store. Breakfast with coffee and cake came out fresh, homemade, and cheap. Service was quick, no complaints there. It's the kind of spot you'd walk past if you didn't know. Solid option if you're in the area and want something simple without the tourist markup.

Been coming here for years and the pastéis never miss. That crispy shell cracking open with warm custard inside still gets me every time. Love that you can watch them making it right there too. Place gets packed but it moves fast. Just wish they'd open a second spot closer to my side of town.

Stopped in for the daily special again—still solid for a quick lunch. Price is right and the staff remembers me. That’s why I keep coming back.

Nice terrace right by the river, quiet spot to grab a drink and unwind. Food was decent, nothing fancy but it did the job. Service was attentive enough, didn't have to chase anyone down. Prices are fair for the location. I'd come back if I'm in the area and want a relaxed evening.

Stopped by for a quick dinner during a work trip. Got the grilled fish and rice, pretty solid. Place was busy but I got a seat fast. Price was fair for what you got. Not fancy, but it does the job. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

The caramel latte keeps me coming back every time. Frappe was a bit watery though, and no straw with it. Coffee's solid enough that I'll deal with it.

Came here for a late lunch and the wild boar stew really stood out. Tender meat, rich sauce, exactly what I needed after a long morning. Place has a nice local vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. Service was fine, no complaints. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

The prego no pão com queijo was really good — juicy, messy, exactly what I needed. The hamburger was solid too. Only downside: no credit cards, so bring cash. Caught me off guard but honestly the food made up for it. Would come back just for that sandwich.

The Merenda Minhota starter was pretty good, and the Lombo Grosso came out cooked just right. Pudim abade priscos was a decent way to finish. Maybe a bit busy for my taste, but the food held up fine.

The grilled fish was fresh and the portions were generous. Loved the airy, rustic setting too. Just wish the chairs were a bit more comfortable, but for the price, I can't complain.

Menu’s not big but everything we had was solid. Showed up late and they still took care of us with a smile. That’s why I keep coming back.

Grilled sardines were spot on. Plump, salty, came with good cornbread. The vinho verde was cold and went well with it. Portion was big enough for a proper lunch. Place was busy but I got my food quick. No complaints.

The puff pastry francesinha (€11) and prego no pão (€6.50) were solid. Liked that the place wasn't too loud, easy to just sit and eat. Homemade desserts looked good too.

The seating here is what got me. Chairs are actually comfortable, you can sit for a while without getting stiff. I had a coffee and just relaxed, no rush at all. Staff left me alone but checked in when needed. Place has a younger crowd but nobody minds an older lady just chilling. Decor's been updated, looks fresh. Solid spot if you want an easy, low-stress break.

Stopped by after a rough day and the owner just handed me a drink on the house. Didn't ask for anything. Small thing but it hit different. Place itself is simple, nothing fancy, but that moment stuck with me. Probably why I'll go back next time I'm around.

The coconut bread here is seriously good 🤤 grabbed one with a coffee and sat by the window. cozy little spot, perfect for catching up with friends.

The pastel de nata here is the real deal. Crunchy on top, soft custard inside, not too sweet. They also have those mini pastries so you can try a few different ones without filling up. Price is fair for what you get. I'd come back just for that.

The daily special still hits—big portions, fair price. Those jarred snacks are a nice touch too.

Came in for a quick lunch around noon. Daily special was solid and fairly priced for the portion. Place got busy fast, but the staff kept it moving. No complaints on the food. If you're nearby and need something efficient, it does the job.
