The espresso here is genuinely good — proper Italian style, not the watery stuff you often get. I sat near the window and the light was nice, made the whole place feel warmer. Tiramisu was solid too, though the seating got a bit cramped after a while. Still, a decent spot in Leuven if you just want a quiet coffee.

Came here for a weekday lunch and the food was solid — nothing fancy, but well executed. Staff were attentive without hovering. The decor though... a bit much for my taste. Lots of competing textures and colors that felt slightly overwhelming. Still, the seating was comfortable enough to linger over coffee after. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area.

Went here on a whim, didn’t book ahead. Prices are a bit steeper than other Italian places in Breda, but you can taste it in the ingredients. Pasta was cooked properly, sauce had real depth. Place was busy but not chaotic. Just felt like a solid, honest meal. Wouldn’t come every week, but for a nicer evening out, it works.

The mixed grill was solid, meat cooked nicely and the fries were crispy. Good spot for a casual bite.

The Sunday roast deal is a solid amount of food. Pulled pork sandwich was the best thing on the plate, proper juicy. Chicken was decent too, not dry at all. For the price, you get a lot. Just wish the roast potatoes had a bit more crunch, but that's a minor thing.

The vegan club sandwich is still as big as ever—had to use a knife and fork again. Plenty of veggie options and the flavors hold up every time.

Been coming here for a while now. Place looks tiny from the street but opens up once you're inside. Still get a bit surprised by that every time. It's not the quietest spot, but that's part of the vibe I guess. If you're already wandering around the area, it's a decent stop. I keep going back, so that says something.

Decent pizza place with a proper Italian feel. Ingredients tasted fresh and the service was friendly. Mine came out a bit slow but overall a solid stop.

The apple pie was genuinely good, maybe the best I've had in a while. Lunch menu looked nice too. Just watch out for wasps on the terrace, they don't leave you alone 😅

The veggie burger was actually pretty good, not what I expected. Had the chef's special with steak and shrimp too, that one was solid. Staff kept checking on us, which was nice. Sat outside, weather was fine so it worked out. Place was busy but we got our food quick enough.

Stopped by for a late lunch. Got the pasta and it was decent, portion size was pretty generous for the price. Place was quiet, which I liked. Service was fine, nothing fancy. Maybe a bit overpriced for what it is, but I'd probably come back if I'm in the area.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and tried the pea soup—proper thick, the way it should be. Stamppot looked good too, though I didn’t get to taste it. Place has that old-school Dutch feel, nothing fancy. Soup alone was worth it. Maybe next time I’ll grab a seat instead of eating in a hurry.

Came here with my partner on a quiet evening. The food was genuinely tasty, especially the slow-cooked beef. Service was spot on, not too pushy but always there when needed. I noticed the place works better when it's not too busy. We had a relaxed dinner, no rush at all. Would go back for sure.

Stopped by for a steak dinner and honestly the meat was cooked exactly how I asked. Staff were friendly, even had a laugh with them. Place has this village-style interior that feels cozy but still lively. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, but that’s probably a good sign.

The mushroom risotto was fresh and well-seasoned, exactly what I needed after a forest walk. It got busy but the staff handled it fine.

Asked the bartender for a recommendation and he nailed it. Ended up with one of their own brews, really solid. Place was busy but service stayed sharp. Not the cheapest pint in town, but you pay for the quality. Fine if you're after something proper.

The bitterballen were spot on—crispy outside, warm and gooey inside. Had the local beer with it, that combo alone made the stop worth it. Menu’s simple, nothing fancy, but the food does what it needs to do. Indoor seating’s fine, kinda cozy actually. Didn’t try much else, but that snack hit the spot.

The beef tartare was spot on — well seasoned and silky. Service stayed friendly even when it got busy. Would come back for that dish alone.

The wine list is solid, but honestly the seasonal dishes are where it's at. Portions are decent for the price, nothing crazy, but you won't leave hungry.

Simple brasserie, decent food for the price. Service was efficient, no complaints. Good spot if you need a quick meal without fuss.

Stopped here for lunch because it’s right on the main square. Had the three mini burgers – chicken, beef, pork belly. The pork belly one was the best, nice and juicy. Beef was a bit dry though. Fine for a quick bite, nothing fancy. Service was okay, not super friendly but not rude either.

Nice little local place with a good beer list, some local ones too. Burgers and fries did the job. Seats are a bit hard but the vibe makes up for it.

Pizza was solid—thin crust, crispy, toppings generous. One of the better ones I've had in Leuven. Place itself is basic, nothing fancy, but service was quick and friendly. Price felt fair for what you got. I'd stop by again if I'm in the area and want a no-fuss meal.
