The wine pairing here is really something. Pascal clearly knows his stuff and poured us a few lesser-known bottles that matched the food better than I expected. I even jotted down one of the names to look up later. Nice little spot if you're into that kind of thing.

Solid dinner spot. The wine pairing with the seafood was the highlight — local Dutch wine worked really well. Staff knew their menu, explained each dish properly. Place is elegant but not stiff. Meal took its time, which suited the evening fine.

Took a while to decide with so many options on the menu. Settled on the Beachbum with Bomshalaka sauce. Bun had a nice crunch and the veggies tasted fresh. Really happy with the choice. The place was busy but we never felt rushed. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tricky around there. Still, a solid spot for a relaxed meal.

This brasserie has a cozy vibe with a lovely terrace. The food is fresh and homemade, and the service is attentive, making it a great spot for a meal.

Warm welcome and attentive service, but the food was the real highlight. Already thinking about going back.

We came for a birthday dinner and the staff actually sang and brought out a little gift. That was a nice touch. Food was solid, especially the pasta. Place is small and cozy, felt comfortable not stiff. Only thing is it got a bit loud by the end. But we left happy.

The terrace is really nice, split into smoking and non-smoking which I appreciated. Food was tasty, fresh ingredients. We sat outside, no booking needed for that. Inside looked busy though, so probably smart to reserve if you want a table there. Service was friendly enough. Just wish the terrace had a bit more shade, but overall a pleasant spot.

We came for dinner with the kids and honestly the play area saved us 😅 Food was decent, nothing crazy but the pasta was cooked well. Place was clean too. Service a bit slow but we weren't in a rush. Fine for a casual night out.

Tried the Italian style and nacho macho burgers with a friend—both were really tasty. Menu’s pretty big, lots of options beyond burgers too. Place was busy but we still got a table easily. Good spot if you’re looking for a casual catch-up over food. Maybe not the quietest, but that’s fine with me.

Stopped by for lunch and the portions are seriously big. Burger was massive, could barely finish it. Prices are fair for what you get. Place was pretty busy but service didn't drag. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, those chairs get hard after a while.

Initial reception was not great, perhaps because we were only with 6 iso 7. But after that only very good service, especially the preparation of carpaccio, tournedos and scropino at the table really added to the total excitement for the evening. The quality of the food was excellent, the wine (Amarone) was matching the highest level of meat with truffle sauce. We visit this restaurant already decades (sometimes there are a few years in between the visits) and will continue to do so. Highly recommended, also with children

Good quick bite spot. Got the lunch special and it came out fast, no waiting around. Portion was decent for the price. Nothing fancy but does the job when you're short on time.

Loved the terrace on that little square — such a vibe. Food was fresh and creative, though portions felt small for the price.

The nacho pizza is such a fun twist—really flavorful, and the toppings felt fresh. I’ve been back a few times just for that. Staff were friendly too, happy to suggest things when I couldn’t decide. Maybe not the healthiest choice, but worth it once in a while.

The restaurant boasts a lovely ambiance with spacious seating. The scallops and lobster were particularly noteworthy, and the dessert was a perfect ending to a wonderful meal.

Pleasant restaurant with friendly and correct service. Acoustics in order: it was busy but not excessively noisy. The food was tasty and plates beautifully presented. We had to wait quite a long time for our starter (45 minutes).Visited again in 2024, staff was friendly and spontaneously offered to make a new meal: I ordered fish with sweet and sour sauce, but what I got was a kind of soy sauce that would have a bit of a sweet and sour touch. Soy sauce always makes me nauseous. I put the plate aside, they offered to make fish with sweet and sour sauce as I expected. Great service! This were the 2 dishes that I have ordered. Yen tafoh and pla laad prik. It was very good

The hummus really stood out — creamy, fresh, not like the usual stuff you get. Portions are decent for what you pay. Staff were nice too, though it did get a bit busy around lunch. Solid enough for a casual bite if you're in the area.

Beautiful spot right on the convent grounds, vineyard view is lovely. The food's creative and the flavors really come through. Staff made us feel welcome.

The anchovy and caper pizza was surprisingly good. Eggplant parmigiana held up fine too. Solid kosher dairy spot in Antwerp, nothing fancy but it works.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and grabbed the Bergse sharing platter. Lobster salad was fresh, no complaints there. The little shop inside is a nice touch if you need a gift. Service was fast enough for a lunch break. Price is a bit steep but you're paying for the location in the old center.

Nice concept > 'Gaspas', very tasteful small dishes, veggie and other - homemade! Beautiful scenery > art nouveau avenue Louis Bertrand - terrace! Friendly staff, cosy atmosphere, correct pricing! We'll be back, and highly recommend it to our friends! Pieter & Lucette.

Came for lunch on a quiet weekday. The menu had some unexpected twists and everything I tried was solid. Orange wine stood out for sure. Staff were friendly without hovering. Place itself is pretty compact, tables a bit close together, but fine for a quick meal. Decent pick if you're in the center and don't want to overthink it.

best restaurant in the region, as far as I am concerned! Delicious food, hearty portions and impeccable service! I highly recommend this place

Food was solid and came out fast. Dining room felt a bit cold though, kinda wished I'd kept my jacket on. 🥶

Lovely restaurant with great food and service. Initial.ompressions were not.good as neighbourhood did not look promising and road was ripped up for repairs, but once inside all was good.

The service was attentive and friendly, especially from the bar host who made a fantastic Mojito. It added a nice touch to our evening.

We were really very happy in this restaurant. The food was good, the service friendly and a cosy place to sit.

The nigiri combo at €20 for 10 pieces is a solid deal for Antwerp. Fish tasted fresh, rice held up well. Cozy spot, though the terrace looked better than it actually was.

Solid sushi spot right in the center. Easy to get to, and the fish tasted really fresh. Good place for a quick lunch with a friend.
