The cocktails are a real highlight. The Purple Rain was a lovely surprise, not too sweet at all. I'd go back just for that. The Pina Colada was nice too.

The salt beef special was massive! Piled high on a ciabatta, really generous with the meat. The mustard mayo and pickles cut through the richness perfectly. Honestly, one of the best sandwiches I've had in ages.

The coffee's really good, but the main thing for me is the space. It's got these big windows and high ceilings, feels so open and airy. Just a nice spot to sit for a while with a book.

This place has a fantastic atmosphere, and the staff, especially Joe, were incredibly helpful and made our dining experience memorable.

Great spot for a quick lunch. The fish and chips came out fast, perfect when you're in a rush. Portion was decent, fish was fresh. Gets busy though, had to wait a bit for a table. Solid pub grub.

Tables were nicely spaced, felt safe. They have a covered outdoor bit with heaters, so you can sit outside even if it's a bit chilly. Staff were really helpful when we asked to move.

The atmosphere at TN1 is fantastic, with a modern and quirky design that creates a lovely vibe. It's the perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family.

The Testi Special is a showstopper. That sizzling clay pot arrives at your table still flaming, and the lamb inside is so tender it just falls apart. A bit pricey, but the whole experience is something else.

The staff were lovely with our kids, really patient. They had a nice house red that went well with the pasta.

A proper old-school pub, just what you wanted. The Christmas decorations were up, felt really cosy. Had a pint by the fire, it was just the thing on a cold night. A nice change from all the shiny new bars.

Stumbled in by chance. The pizza was surprisingly good, thin crust with a nice char. Decent beer selection too.

Been coming here for years. The harbour view is always lovely, but honestly, it's the seafood that keeps me coming back. Everything tastes so fresh. The staff are genuinely nice, too. A solid spot.

The breakfast spread here is solid. Lots of hot options and condiments to choose from, and it didn't break the bank.

I am so lucky to have The Rodmill as my local eaterie. Donna and Gemma were so welcoming to my dog Dora. She loved the attention!.The food is very good and well priced. Special offers just enhance this. Visited 26/9/2026

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, especially for the holidays. The food was hot and fresh, and the salad bar was a nice touch!

Cosy spot, elegant feel. The skate wing was spot on, sea bass too. What really worked for me was their NZ Sauvignon Blanc – that crisp acidity cut through the richness of the fish perfectly. Hosts were lovely. Just a touch on the pricey side for the portions.

Nice spot near the seafront. Sat outside on a sunny afternoon, which was pleasant. The fish and chips were pretty good, decent portion. Service was fine, though a little slow when they got busy. A solid choice for a casual lunch.

Been here a few times, always solid. The food holds up. What I really enjoy is their wine list – found a nice red that went perfectly with the steak. Makes for a relaxed evening with friends.

Been coming here for decades, and the new games area is a proper upgrade. Smart dartboards and pool tables, plus loads of screens for the match.

New Year’s Eve, expected a long wait. Our takeaway arrived in under 20 minutes, which was a real surprise. Everything was hot and fresh, the lamb rogan josh had so much flavour. Really appreciated the efficient service on such a hectic night.

The staff were really patient, even with the screen making it a bit hard to hear at times. They took their time explaining the specials, which was appreciated.

A nice local spot for halal Thai food. The menu has plenty of options, which I appreciate. The seats are quite comfortable too.

Dog-friendly spot, they had treats at the bar for my pup which was nice. We sat outside. The portion for the fish and chips was decent for the price, not huge but okay.

Popped in for Chef Steve's lunch menu with a friend. The two courses were lovely, really fresh and seasonal. It was just the right pace for a proper catch-up, not rushed at all. A bit on the pricey side for lunch, but nice for a treat.

Solid brunch spot. Their vegan breakfast plate was really well put together - the scrambled tofu had a nice texture and flavour. Coffee's proper Melbourne strength, which is a plus. Just a bit of a wait for a table on Sunday.

Loved the 3-course lunch menu here! The portions were just right for sharing a few bites with friends. Service was quick and friendly, which kept our catch-up flowing. Really good value for the quality.

Really liked the vibe here. The menu's got a bit of everything, which was nice for a first visit. I went for the fish and chips – the batter was super crispy and the chips were proper chunky. Solid pint to go with it.

The restaurant has a plush and relaxed setting with attentive staff, making it a great place to enjoy good food in a comfortable atmosphere.

The cocktails were a bit pricey, but the setting in the old opera house is incredible.
