Been coming here for years for their afternoon tea. The sandwiches are always fresh, and the cakes are homemade. It's a nice little spot off the main road. Gets a bit busy on weekends though.

The fruit scones were so good, perfect for a chatty catch-up with the girls. Warm, fluffy, and the clotted cream was generous!

Popped in for an afternoon tea with a big group, last minute. They set us up in the garden, which was nice. The scones were warm, clotted cream was spot on. Everyone seemed happy with it.

Friendly team, always a smile. Even when it's packed, they keep things moving smoothly. Just a nice, relaxed vibe to the place.

A family-run spot, nice personal touch. They handled my gluten-free request without any fuss. The afternoon tea looked lovely, and tasted pretty good. A decent experience overall.

Loved the afternoon tea! The china teapot was huge, perfect for a long catch-up. Crumpets were warm and delicious. The decor is so comfy, we ended up staying for ages just chatting.

The brie and cranberry toastie was lovely. The building's history with the cathedral gives it a nice feel.

Been coming here for years, and the afternoon tea is always spot on. Those scones? Still warm from the oven every single time. You can tell they don't cut corners.

Lovely afternoon tea for a special day. The table was decorated beautifully, and the booking process was smooth. The champagne pairing was a nice touch.

Popped in for lunch and got the savoury tart with potato and carrot salads. It was really tasty, just like I remember. Prices for eating in are still pretty decent.

The Sussex cream tea is a solid choice. The scone was warm, and the clotted cream generous. Paired it with a pot of their house blend, which was robust enough to stand up to the richness. A nice, simple treat.
