Ollie sorted out some flowers for us last minute, which was a nice touch. Food was really good, service spot on. Just a chilled evening out.

Been coming here for years when I need a proper breakfast. The eggs are always spot-on, exactly how you order them. Poached with runny yolks every time. Parking's easy, which is a big plus.

A nice pub in central Hove. Came in for a quiet lunch and found it very comfortable. The booths are spacious and the staff are friendly without being overbearing. The fish and chips were just right for a midday meal. It’s a good spot if you want a relaxed bite.

Been coming here for years. The feta and beetroot salad is always spot on - fresh, simple, and exactly what I'm after. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back.

Had the chicken schnitzel for lunch, it was cooked just right. The space itself is really spacious and airy, which I liked. Felt very relaxed just sitting there, not rushed at all. Good spot if you want a chill meal.

Loved the vibe here! The warm lighting and all the plants made it feel so cosy. Perfect for a chilled midweek catch-up with friends. We ended up staying for ages just chatting.

Been coming here for brunch for a while. Zahra recommended the smoked salmon hash this time – a pretty good choice. The hash brown was nice and crisp, and the creme fraiche with the salmon worked well. The iced avocado coffee is a nice touch, too. Portions are decent, though it felt a touch pricey.

Colourful little spot down on the lower promenade. Really laid-back. The vegan bacon breakfast sandwich was the standout, with those crispy hash browns. Coffee's just right, too.

Lovely little spot, perfect for date night. We shared a few plates and everything was spot on. The burrata starter was particularly dreamy - so creamy! A bit on the pricier side, but the cosy vibe made it worth it.

Came for the brunch. The food was fresh, no complaints there. But for the price, I expected a bit more on the plate. The setting is lovely, though.

I really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere here. The background music was at a perfect volume—you could actually have a conversation without raising your voice. It felt very calm and unhurried, which is exactly what I look for. The service was attentive but never felt pushy, which added to the overall sense of ease. A lovely spot for a quiet meal.

The service was very pleasant and attentive, which made for a nice, relaxed meal. The staff were genuinely friendly without being overbearing. A good spot for a quiet dinner.

Friendly staff even when it's packed. They're quick and efficient, which is exactly what you need for a fast lunch. Makes grabbing a quick bite here a no-brainer.

Came here over Christmas. The menu had some really thoughtful gluten-free and dairy-free choices.

First time for lunch. Food was really good, prices fair, portions decent. Staff were friendly and on it even though the place was packed.

Lovely evening with friends here. The traditional French dishes were spot on, especially the coq au vin. The vibe was warm and buzzy, perfect for catching up. A bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for.

Lovely countryside pub, very cozy. The pig theme decor is actually quite charming and fun. We sat in the garden for lunch, which was a great spot. The rustic atmosphere really makes it feel like a proper escape.

Debbie was a star with our group. She knew her wine list, suggested a crisp white that went perfectly with our starters. Made the whole evening flow smoothly. A real pro.

Love the vibe here, always feels like a proper local spot. Staff are genuinely friendly, happy for a quick chat. Nice mix of regulars and new faces, makes it a comfy place to drop into.

Food's top notch around here. Not too sweet, just right. Had a mix-up with delivery once, but they fixed it fast. Got the right dish in time for dinner.

Loved the vibe here! Perfect spot for a casual catch-up with mates. The pizzas were seriously good - super fresh and the crust was just right. Service was spot on, friendly but not in your face. Will definitely be back for more.

Been coming here for years, and their rotating tap list is the main reason. The London Black stout is a regular favourite, goes down a treat with the Sunday roast. Always something new to try, keeps it interesting.

Came across this place by chance. No TVs, no loud music. Just a quiet pub where you can actually hear your friends talk. A real find.

The katsu curry portion is decent for the price. Soju drinks are nice too.

The ingredients were so fresh, you could taste it. My salad had crisp greens and ripe tomatoes. The grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned, not oily at all. A really nice, light lunch. The venue itself is very charming and authentic.

Really nice staff here, super friendly. The portions are massive too - my friend and I shared a main and still had leftovers. Good value for money, honestly.
