The fish here is incredibly fresh. You can really taste it in the Ikura and the sashimi. The horigotatsu seating is a nice touch for the authentic feel. I just wish there were a few more vegetable-based options on the menu.

The bento box is a solid choice. Tried it for a quiet lunch. The grilled fish was cooked just right, and the tempura was light and crisp. A nice way to sample a bit of everything they do well.

The staff here is so on top of things! They came by a few times to swap out our grill plate when it got too blackened. It made it way easier to just keep chatting and grilling with my friends without any fuss.

The staff here really knows their gluten-free stuff! It's such a relief to order without a million questions.

Portions are generous and the food arrives hot. The service is attentive, which made for a pleasant lunch. It was a bit noisy inside, but overall a solid spot for a casual meal.

The back area is way more spacious than you'd think from the front! It’s got a nice, classic feel. My steamed egg custard buns arrived super hot, which was just right for them.

The skinny sandwich was a solid lunch. Not too heavy, but still satisfying. I paired it with a glass of their house rosé, which cut through the flavors nicely. A bit pricey for what it is, but a good option if you're being mindful.

The garlic green beans were so fresh and crisp! Really appreciate the quality of their ingredients.

The Lad Nah with beef was really good. But honestly, I just love how clean and bright this place is. The tables are spaced out nicely, and everything feels fresh. It’s just a comfortable spot to eat.

The guy at the counter was super nice and patient while I figured out what to get. My pizza came out fresh and hot, just how I like it. Solid spot when you need a quick, tasty slice.

The hot and sour soup here is my absolute favorite. It’s got the perfect balance of tangy and spicy, and I love the generous amount of tofu and wood ear mushrooms. Always hits the spot on a chilly day.

The pink champagne cake was a treat, but the price tag felt a bit steep for the slice size. The lemon cake was lovely, though.

The teriyaki chicken here is spot on. Grilled just right, not dry at all, and that sweet glaze is exactly how I remember it from the old spots back in Seattle. The sticky rice is a must with it. Takes me right back.

The owner and his family are so nice, really made us feel at home. You can tell they care a lot about the food. We had a great time catching up with friends here.

The vermicelli bowl was so fresh, with crisp veggies and tender pork belly. Really appreciated the quality ingredients!

Came here for a friend's birthday and the teppanyaki show was the best part! The chef was so fun and kept us laughing the whole time. It's definitely the kind of place you go for a lively group dinner, not a quiet chat. The vibe was perfect for our celebration.

The new owners are really nice. I tried the curry fried rice, and the spices tasted so fresh. You can tell they use good ingredients. It had a nice kick, but not overpowering. Just how I like it.

The steak salad was huge, and they cooked the steak exactly how I asked. I'd probably tell them to go easy on the salt next time, but it was a solid lunch.

The honey garlic chicken takeout was so good. The sauce had this sticky, sweet-savory thing going on that just hit the spot. Perfect for a late night when you don't feel like cooking.

First time for breakfast. Service from Veronica was solid - she took time to explain the menu. The chorizo burrito with salsa ranchera was good, well-seasoned. Fresh squeezed OJ was a nice touch. Efficient spot for a business meeting.

The server was so patient with us! We couldn't decide on a dish and she gave a really helpful recommendation. Just a nice, friendly vibe from the whole team.

Cozy little spot on Front Street. The Tom Kha soup is lighter and more flavorful than the usual heavy coconut version.

The Cougar Mountain latte was fantastic. I’m a sucker for a good drink pairing, and this one had a nice depth that worked well with my pastry. The place is gorgeous, but be ready for a bit of a wait—it’s popular for a reason.

Been coming here for a few months now. The tacos are always spot on - juicy, well-seasoned, and stuffed full. The salsa has a real kick to it. Portions are generous for what you pay. Staff remembers my face, which is a nice touch.

Great wine list, and the pork pairs beautifully with a bold red.

First time here and the food was solid. The portions are huge, definitely enough for two. We ended up taking half of it home. Friendly service too.

The gluten-free English muffin on the pesto breakfast sandwich was really nice. It held together well and wasn't dry at all.

Got the chicken satay and avocado curry for takeout. Ready in under 15 minutes, which is perfect for a quick lunch. The curry was really good, nice and creamy. Just what I needed.
