Love that they haven't become another generic chain. The space just has a lovely, quiet charm to it. Staff are always so nice, makes it a proper little escape.

Found this spot by the canal. Staff were really friendly, prices fair. Got a quick sandwich and coffee. Perfect for a bite before a walk. 👍

A lovely family-run spot. The halal hot and cold sandwiches are always spot on. Staff are friendly, service is quick. They had a decent craft lager on tap that went perfectly with my lamb sandwich. A solid local choice.

Been coming here for years, and the coffee's always spot on. They keep the syrups interesting, and I look forward to their seasonal twists – that cherry iced coffee last summer was a proper treat.

Their Italian hot chocolate is like drinking a melted chocolate bar. It's so thick and rich. The cafe is lovely inside, but honestly, I'd come back just for that drink. A bit on the sweet side for me, but still fantastic.

The coffee's always good and there's loads to choose from. My go-to spot for a catch-up with friends.

Henk and Clare are lovely hosts. The scones are a decent size and come with plenty of jam and clotted cream. For the price, you get a proper afternoon tea feel without it costing a fortune. Good spot for a cuppa.

The puppachino was a nice touch for the dog. My own flat white was solid, decently strong without being bitter. The milk was steamed just right. That's really all I look for in a coffee shop.

Been coming here for years, and their rhubarb sponge cake is always spot on. It’s the one thing I know won’t change. The other cakes are lovely, but that one’s my go-to. Staff are always sound, even when my little one’s running about.

Been coming here for years, and the bacon on the full English is always spot on. Crispy, not too fatty, just right. The rest can be a bit hit or miss sometimes, but that bacon keeps me coming back.

As a coeliac, I'm always on the lookout. Their gluten-free bread and teacakes were spot on - fresh and not dry at all. Had a slice with my coffee, which was really good too. A solid find for anyone needing GF options.

The coffee here is a proper surprise - rich and smooth, not the usual bitter stuff. Went for a beef brisket roll too, which was spot on. Menu's got loads of choice, even for my vegan mate. Service was quick, no fuss.

It was packed when we arrived on a Sunday morning. But the staff were still so quick and attentive, even with the rush. Got our coffees and pastries in no time.

Breakfast was a treat. The mushrooms were fresh and flavourful, and the bubble and squeak had a lovely crisp to it. Really enjoyed the local, friendly atmosphere here.

Coffee was solid, and it's a good £1-£1.50 less than the places nearby. Just a simple, decent cup without the fancy price tag.

The scones were the star. Fresh out of the oven, warm and crumbly, with a perfect balance of dense and light. The clotted cream was rich, and the strawberry jam had real fruit pieces. A classic done right.

The paratha is huge for the price, honestly couldn't finish it! 😅 A solid spot for a proper desi breakfast.

Been coming here for years. The veggie and vegan dishes are solid - even my non-vegetarian colleagues don't mind them. Coffee is reliably good. It's a convenient spot for a quick, no-fuss lunch meeting.

The staff here are so friendly, it really makes a difference. Rishi and Chris always have a smile and a nice word, which puts you at ease. A very pleasant place to have a quiet meal.

Been coming here for years, and the flat white is consistently spot on. It’s the main reason I keep returning. That little jug of hot water on the side for a long black? They never forget it. Just solid, every time.

Stopped by Cafe 11 for a late Sunday breakfast. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The full English was cooked perfectly, no greasy fry-up here. Good portion for the price. Solid spot if you need a reliable meal.

Annabelle and Lily were so on it. They knew the menu inside out and just had a sense for when we needed something. Made the whole thing feel really smooth.

Tried their beginner barista course. Instructor knew his stuff, really patient. Spent most of the time actually using the espresso machine, which was good. Got to practice some latte art too. Solid session.

Took the family here for a midweek dinner. The staff were so kind to our toddler, even brought some toys to the table. Kids' menu portions were spot on. My wife's wine was a decent pairing with her fish, though my own choice was a bit off. Solid for a family meal.

The server was so kind and attentive. They didn't mind at all when I asked to tweak my pasta dish, which was really nice. Made the whole lunch feel a bit more personal.

The brunch menu is solid, and the food quality is good. Coffee's a highlight. My main takeaway is the value – the portion sizes are generous for the price. I'll be back to try more dishes.

Had a lovely hot chocolate here this morning. It was really creamy and not too sweet, just perfect for a chilly day. The cafe itself feels so cosy, like a little warm hug. Will definitely be back for that drink!

The rooms are clean and comfy, which was a relief after a long drive. Staff were really helpful too.
