Portions are huge for what you pay, really good value. We got the grilled chicken plate and couldn't finish it. Had to take some to go. Only thing is there's hardly any seats inside, so we ate on a bench outside.

The spaghetti bolognese was a decent portion for the price. It's a simple dish, but they didn't skimp on the sauce. Found the place up those market steps after a bit of looking around.

Victor was such a fun server, really made the night. He suggested the truffle pasta and it was a total winner. Just a great, easy vibe with him.

Grabbed a takeaway tikka masala for a quick lunch. The sauce was rich and flavourful, really hit the spot. Owners are super friendly too. Good for a fast, tasty bite.

Lovely little spot. The pizza was great, Mare e Monti was spot on. The real standout for me was the atmosphere though - really cosy and relaxed, perfect for a casual meal. I'll be back to try the seafood.

Hosted a birthday for 18 here. The staff handled our lively bunch so well. Everything arrived together, which was a relief. Food was really good, just a bit pricey for the portions.

The gyro wrap was the standout. The meat was properly seasoned and the tzatziki had a nice tang to it. Ended up taking a piece of baklava to go because it looked too good to pass up, even though I was stuffed.

The vegan curry was lovely and such good value. The seating inside the hall was really comfortable, which made for a very relaxed lunch.

The Sunday lunch pizza was spot on, thin crust with a good char. Cypress salad had fresh, crisp greens. That tiramisu though... dangerously good, almost too much! Service was just right, left us to it.

Food was spot on, just as ordered. Waitress was lovely, service was a bit slow but it was packed.

The pizza was spot on, thin crust with a good char. Lasagne had that proper layered texture. Service was friendly, no fuss. Prices felt fair for what you get. Might pop in for breakfast sometime too.

Popped in for a quick bite. The Malabar fish fry was spot on, really fresh and crispy. Got that proper Kerala taste. A bit on the pricier side, but the flavours were legit.

Staying nearby and popped in for a casual dinner. The lamb curry was the real standout - really flavourful and kept me full for hours. Solid spot for a no-fuss meal.

Food was good and it's BYO. The space feels a bit tight, but the decor is nice.

The dumplings are fantastic, but the real treat is the cozy lighting and comfy booths. Makes the slightly higher price feel okay.

The mezze platter was a lovely start. I really appreciated how the staff handled my gluten-free request without any fuss. It made for a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

Nice spot for a quiet chat. The seating is comfortable and the vibe is pretty relaxed. It's not too loud, which is a plus these days. A decent place for a low-key meal.

We finally dined in after years of takeaways. The food was beautiful, as always. What stood out was the staff's wine suggestion – a lovely, friendly touch that made the evening. Well-priced too.

Love that it still feels like a proper pub. The atmosphere is spot on - welcoming and classic, not too casual. Perfect for a full meal or just a pint and a snack.

No booking on a Friday, but they found us a table. The lamb curry was the real deal – rich, tender, and a huge portion. My plate was still warm when I finished. Solid spot.

Hannah's service was efficient and friendly. The fajitas were good, though the portion felt a bit small for the price.

Great spot in Cardiff Bay. Staff were really on it and found us a table even though we hadn't booked. The wine list had some nice local options too.

The food is always spot on. We're here every month. The wine list has a nice little selection that pairs well with the menu.

Had a quick lunch here. Rishi was a great waiter, really knew the menu. Got the chicken curry on his suggestion - solid choice. Food came out fast, which is what I needed. Good spot for a quick bite.

Love the view over the golf course here! The menu is pretty small, but what we ordered was tasty. Cocktails are a bit pricey, so I'd save it for a proper catch-up with friends. Perfect for a relaxed evening chat.

The spot at the end of the pier is lovely, really peaceful. Had a decent lunch here with a pretty good view of the sea. The fish and chips were fine, though the chips were a little soft for my liking.

The vindaloo is a solid choice for a quick lunch. Always packed with flavour. Grab it with a garlic and coriander naan and you're sorted. Gets the job done.

Cosy spot, and they let you bring your dog to a specific table—nice touch. The wine list is decent, found a solid Pinot Noir that went well with the steak. A bit on the pricier side for what it is, but the vibe is relaxed.

Staff were really nice and quick. Felt welcome right away, service was smooth the whole time. No waiting around for anything.
