Staff was super friendly. Explained the dishes and how to eat them. Their suggestions were spot on. Made my quick lunch easy and tasty.

Loved the vibe here! The decor is simple but tasteful, and everything felt spotless. It’s got this cozy, intimate feel that just makes you want to linger over your meal. Perfect for a relaxed dinner.

Ohh what a night…. Arriving at this establishment makes us already happy… The style, environment, design and everything looks already nice… we loved it…Every course we had was wow… presentation, taste everything was a big wow… The menu was ‘limited’ but there was everything: fish/meat/poultry… and all was of a very good quality.. 👍🏼👍🏼Staff very friendly, (exept 1) though I think for the number of tables they have to serve, extra staff would not be a luxury, both for the team as the clients… but that is a detail for the management… We will come back for sure in the nearly future, and can and will only spread the name Rumors Altea… like their business card says: A first rumor, always comes with its own history, which you can not believe until you experienced it yourself….!!Do not hesitate to jump in ‘Rumors’ when in Altea…you will never regret it….

The best menu I have tried so far. Despite not having (yet!) a Michelin star, this was by far the greatest menu tried at a level of 2-3 stars Michelin. All the experience was amazing and every dish was more surprising than the previous. A speechless crescendo! The chef is going to be surely one of the greatest in the world and he seems also a very nice and ambitious person. You’ll hear about him.

Had dinner at the restaurant inside Hotel LaSort. The outdoor patio was so nice, really comfortable and elegant. We had the grilled octopus there. It was a perfect spot for a relaxed evening.

Nice little spot right by the beach. Went for a late lunch, just grabbed a table outside. The music was good, not too loud. Felt like a family-run place, staff were chill. Solid spot to unwind.

Lovely view of the beach. The staff was nice, but the wine list felt a bit limited for a place with this vibe. Ended up with a decent Pinot Grigio to go with the seafood pasta.

The braised pork cheeks were so tender they just fell apart. That alone made the trip worth it. The rest was good too, but those cheeks... wow. Found my new comfort food spot.

Adriana was our waitress and she was really nice. The food was good, especially the pasta. A bit pricey but we'll probably come back.

It can get quite busy, but the staff stays friendly and attentive. Just a heads up, you might leave smelling like the kitchen.

This place is buzzing on match days! I grabbed a seat at the bar for the game. The vibe is lively, and the screens are huge so you won't miss a thing. Perfect spot to watch with friends.

Been coming here for years. The set meal for two is a solid deal, plenty of food with poppadoms, starters, mains, the lot. Portions are always generous, never leave hungry. Good for a casual dinner.

Service was efficient and polite. Staff checked in at the right times without hovering. Good for a business lunch when you need to get in and out.

The portions here are huge, honestly. I could barely finish mine. Definitely didn't leave hungry, that's for sure.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Daily menu has solid homemade options, and the price is right. Got in and out fast.

The family running this place makes it feel so personal. Relaxed spot right by the water.

The desserts here are a must-try. Everything else was solid, but the chocolate tart was the real highlight.

A cozy little spot, tucked away. The paella was just right for lunch. They only serve lunch at the moment, which is a bit of a shame. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable.

Loved the house rosé! Really affordable and nice. The food looked great by the pool, and the prices were super fair. Perfect for a casual catch-up with friends.

The fish and chips were a solid choice. The fish tasted fresh, and the batter had that perfect, light crisp. The Friday night crowd was lively but not overwhelming, which made for a nice, relaxed vibe.

Got seated on a busy Friday without a book. The barbecue pizza hit the spot, generous size for the price. The house red was a solid, easy-drinking match for it. Service stayed friendly even with the rush.

Came with a big group of 14. All our meals arrived together, which was impressive. I really appreciated that the staff handled it so smoothly. My salad was fresh, with crisp greens. It made sharing the table easy and relaxed.

They squeezed us in without a reservation on a sweltering day, which was a lifesaver. The goat cheese salad was the standout.

The monkfish-wrapped prawns were a nice surprise. The honey mustard sauce was light, not too sweet. You could really taste the freshness of the seafood. Portion was just right for a light lunch. A solid choice if you're looking for something well-prepared.

The skillet beef was tasty, good sauce and chips. Coffee came with a little chocolate ice cream cone on the side, a nice touch.

Great for families, the buffet lets you order as much as you like. The staff were really charming.
