Stopped here for dinner on the way through. The bobotie springrolls were decent, different twist. My steak came out exactly medium-rare which is rare for me to get right. Portion size was fair for the price, didn't feel ripped off. Place had a relaxed feel, nothing fancy but comfortable. Solid stop if you're in the area and want something proper without the fuss.

Been coming here for a while now and the food stays solid every single time. Portions are decent for what you pay, never felt ripped off. Not the fanciest spot but honestly that's part of the charm. If you want something reliable without breaking the bank, this is it. Just wish they'd speed up the service a bit on busy nights.

The outdoor terrace is lovely, tucked among the trees. Staff kept things moving smoothly. Nice spot for a quiet glass of wine while the kids burn off energy.

The springbok carpaccio was properly fresh, that’s the main thing. Seafood risotto had decent flavour, pork belly was generous too. Complimentary bread and dip came out first, nice touch. Staff knew what they were doing. Price is on the higher side, but the food holds up.

Stopped by late and they still took us in. The bobotie was proper good, my husband reckons it's his second favourite ever. Pork chop with grilled apple was juicy too. Cozy little place, lots of cat stuff around.

The fish was the standout for me — really fresh and well cooked. Service was friendly too. Pizza crust was a bit soft for my liking, but I'd still go back for the seafood.

Charlton knew the menu inside out and steered us right — calamari starter was spot on, and that ice cream dessert didn’t stand a chance. Solid service.

The date night special is honestly a steal for what you get. Ashley kept the drinks coming without hovering, which I always appreciate. I paired mine with a solid red that worked well with the steak. Food hit the table fast, and that candle-lit deck outside has a nice vibe. Only hiccup was the table felt a bit cramped, but not a dealbreaker.

The burger was properly juicy and worth every rand. Fries were decent too. Nice vibe inside, nothing fancy but comfortable.

Came for lunch with the kids. They set up a table and blankets outside, which was nice. Food was solid, dessert especially. Kids ran around while we ate. Wines were a bit meh, but the whole picnic vibe made up for it.

Been coming here for a while now. Menu's got plenty of options and the prices stay fair. Staff are friendly, plus the kids' play area means we can actually chill while the little ones run around.

We popped in for Mother’s Day dinner and honestly, the service stood out the most. The manager actually helped seat us himself, which was a nice touch. Our server Yvonne was super attentive even though the place was packed. Genuinely friendly without hovering. Only downside, we waited a bit for our mains, but the staff made up for it.

The slow-braised lamb was the standout. Meat fell apart with zero effort, rich and deep flavour. Portion was decent for the price. I’d skip the sides though, they didn’t add much. Just stick to the main.

Came here for the first time with the family — kids were obsessed with the ducks on the pond, honestly could've stayed all afternoon. Food portions were solid, we ordered the grilled chicken and it was juicy. Staff sorted out our high chair without us asking. Only thing, it got a bit busy around 1pm. But the view made up for it.

Stopped for coffee, stayed for lunch. That tomato soup was properly homemade — took some frozen to go. Pastéis de nata were crisp, not too sweet.

The interior is really nice, those big windows make it feel open and bright. Pizza was tasty, no complaints there. We used the private area for a small gathering and it was a bit tight, but fine for what we needed. Getting an Uber afterwards was easy, which I always appreciate. Would come back if I'm in the area.

The slow-braised lamb was properly tender, and that malva pudding with ice cream hit the spot. Cozy place, bit fancy for a Tuesday but alright.

The burger was surprisingly good for a quick afternoon bite. Place looks amazing too, though service took a bit to warm up.

Stopped by for a takeaway pizza the other night. Staff were friendly, didn't have to wait long at all. Got the pepperoni, crust was decent, cheese was good. Solid spot if you're in the area and want a quick bite without fuss. Not fancy, but it does the job.

The Tom Yum here actually tastes like the real deal from Thailand. Walked in without a booking and they still looked after me properly.

Been coming here for a while now. Pizzas are still the reason I return - simple and done right. Wine list is small but fine, and corkage is a nice option if you want your own bottle.

Renovated spot looks great, that terrace over the dam is a solid view. Watched the rain come in while eating, mussels were fresh and the fish and chips were properly crispy. Good quick stop.

We had the beef fillet and it was cooked exactly how I asked. The view is lovely, no complaints there. Bradley looked after us well, friendly without hovering. Only thing is the chairs are a bit close together, but that's minor. Enjoyed the meal, would come back if I'm in the area again.

Solid food, good wine list. Daily specials board had me stuck for ages. Zandre looked after us well. Prices fair for Paarl.

Gluten-free base was surprisingly decent. Regular crust came out crispy, not burnt. Toppings were generous. Place feels more welcoming after the renovation. Solid option if you're in the area and want pizza without the fuss.

Cozy spot, fireplace was nice on a chilly day. Staff actually seemed happy to see us. Carrot cake was the highlight—moist, not too sweet. Coffee's decent too. Place is small though, felt a bit cramped when it filled up. Fine for a quick stop.
