Came for the Fassbrause, stayed for the simple pasta. Place is clean, staff friendly enough. Food's nothing fancy but does the job. Prices a bit steep for what you get though. Fine if you're nearby and don't wanna think too hard about dinner.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and had the schnitzel with potato salad. Meat was tender, crust nice and crispy. Salad on the side tasted fresh, not like it sat around. Portion felt right for the price. Cash only, so be ready for that. Solid spot if you want something simple and filling.

Stopped by for coffee and dessert with a friend. Waiter was a bit all over the place at first, but the coffee totally made up for it. Nice spot to just hang out for a bit 😊

Nice spot for a beer outside, that's for sure. Food was decent, prices fair. Service a bit hit or miss though, wasn't too bothered.

Lunch menu is a solid deal and portions actually fill you up. Good spot to grab a quick bite with friends, nothing fancy but does the job. 🍺

The terrace really is the best part — we sat outside in the evening and it was pretty chill. Beef stew with dumplings was solid, exactly what I needed. Pork knee was decent too, though I wish they'd told us about the cash-only thing before we ordered. Had to run to the ATM after.

Their own beers are what pulled me in—the light one especially, clean and easy. Ruby was a nice change of pace too. Had the honey-glazed ribs alongside, and honestly that combo worked better than I expected. Sticky, tender, good with a cold pint. Place was busy but we didn't feel rushed. Solid stop if you're in the area.

The lentil soup was decent — hearty enough for a cold afternoon after the castle walk. Staff were kind, and the price felt fair for what you got. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Maybe not a destination spot, but fine if you're in the area and need something warm.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Four of us ate and drank for under 60 euros, which felt fair for what we got. Food was decent, nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Service stayed friendly even though the place was packed. Good spot if you're in a hurry and don't want to overthink it.

Stopped by for lunch during a quick work trip. Pasta was properly al dente, sauce had real depth. Place is right in the center, easy to find. Service was fine but they were clearly stretched thin around noon. Took a while to get the bill. Decent option if you're in the area and don't want to overthink it.

Garlic soup was super good and the pancakes hit the spot 🥣 Service was friendly too. Menu in German made it easy for us to figure out what to order. Nice spot for a casual catch-up with friends.

Came here with a group of ten and honestly the food was solid, but the portions felt a bit small for what you pay. I get that it's a nicer place, but I left still a little hungry. The waitress was friendly though, and they handled the big table fine. Just wish the plates were bigger for the price.

The apple strudel was the real deal. Warm, flaky, not too sweet. Had it with a coffee and that was it. Terrace view is a bonus but honestly I was just focused on the pastry. Good stop if you're walking around town.

Decent meal and the service was fine. Prices are a bit steep, but that's typical for the area. My wine pairing worked well with the pork dish.

Came for a concert, staff were friendly and welcoming. Place has that old-school elegant feel, fits the Imperial Hotel vibe.

The breakfast spread was solid, but €25 felt a bit much for what you get.

Big beer and solid portions for the price. Place has that proper local feel, nothing fancy. Fine if you're hungry after walking around town.

The pepper steak hit the spot—properly cooked, decent portion. Place has that relaxed pub feel, nothing fancy but comfortable. I grabbed a glass of red to go with it, worked well enough. Staff checked in at the right moments without hovering. Maybe not a destination spot, but solid if you're in the area and want something straightforward.

Steak came out exactly as ordered, medium-rare, no complaints there. Waiter knew the menu well, pointed me to a decent red that paired fine. Place was a bit stuffy inside, but I wasn't there for the climate. Fair price for what you get. Would stop by again if I'm in the area.

Nice spot, quiet and green. Food was solid, service fine. Bit pricey for what you get, but the animals around make it worth it. 🦚

Stumbled onto this place while walking around Karlovy Vary. That garlic cream sauce with the bread is seriously good. Had the grilled octopus too, decent portion. Place was a bit quiet for a Saturday but whatever. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in town again.

The borscht and duck leg were the highlights for me. Tasted fresh, not like frozen stuff you get in a lot of places. Service was nice too, helped us pick. Place was a bit busy but alright. Solid stop if you're around.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and grabbed a margherita pizza. The base was really good, light and chewy, not like the usual frozen stuff you get around here. Place was clean and quiet, no complaints. Just make sure you bring cash, they don't take cards. I'd go back if I'm in the area.

Solid fried cheese and beef tartare. Monday beer deal made it even better. Place was busy but we got a table quick. Classic Czech spot, nothing fancy but the food hit the spot. Would come back for the tartare alone.

Pizza dough was fresh, toppings actually tasted high quality. Waiter helped us with the Czech-only menu, which was a lifesaver. Prices slightly higher but fine for what you get. Solid spot away from the tourist noise.

The lunch buffet runs 189 CZK and that’s fair for what you get. Naan comes out fresh, sauces have real flavor. Good stop if you’re tired of Czech food for a day. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Been coming here for years now. Still order the ribs every single time - they never disappoint. Service is always on point too, even when we showed up without a booking last week. They squeezed us in for two hours, no problem. Beer was cold and fresh. Only thing is the other mains can be a bit hit or miss, the skewer was kinda tough last visit. But whatever, I know what to stick with.

Stopped by for a late bite around 11pm, kitchen still going strong. Lemonade was a nice touch, not too sweet. Staff friendly enough. Solid spot if you're in the area.

The beef goulash with bread was proper hearty, and that tank beer hit the spot. Cool underground seating too.

The venison goulash was really good, and the potato soup hit the spot on a cold day. Staff were friendly and knew the menu well. It's not cheap, but the quality is there. Just remember to bring cash, since there's no signal to use your phone for payment. I'd go back if I'm in the area again.
