The bread with herb-garlic butter was a nice touch while we waited. Steak and ribs had good flavor, pizza was just okay. Nothing fancy but solid.

The place has that warm, cozy feel the moment you walk in. I had the half crispy duck with mushrooms and it was pretty solid. Vegetable soup on the side was a nice touch too. Only thing is the seating could be a bit more comfortable, but the vibe makes up for it.

The truffle pasta was the highlight for me — creamy but not too heavy. Pizza looked solid too, though I didn’t try it. Place has that cozy vibe, nothing fancy. Prices felt fair for the portion. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

Breakfast buffet was solid — fresh stuff, decent variety. Town view from the table is the real highlight. Staff friendly enough.

The trout was spot on, and that fish soup really hit the spot. Wine list could use a bit more local stuff, but the food made up for it. Slightly steep for the area, though.

The food was solid and the price felt way more reasonable than what you'd pay closer to the center. It's a bit of a walk, but I didn't mind. Portion size was decent for the money.

The grilled corn with cauliflower soup was fresh and full of flavor. Potato cake with veggies looked great too, tasted just as good.

Stopped here for a coffee and a sandwich while wandering around. The pastry was surprisingly good, not too sweet. Place is small but fine for a quick break. Service was okay, nothing special. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but I'd still come back if I'm in the area again.

The gnocchi was the highlight for me—soft, fresh, clearly made in-house. Pasta dishes were solid too, though the pizza was just okay. Go for the pasta, honestly. Only hiccup was splitting the bill, got a bit awkward with the waiter, but the food made up for it. I'd come back just for that gnocchi again.

Been coming here for a while now. The grapefruit beer keeps me coming back, honestly. Food is solid for the price, nothing fancy but you get what you pay for. Place gets busy around dinner time but that's fine. Just wish they had a bit more space between tables. Still, it's my go-to spot when I want a decent pint without breaking the bank.

The Philly Cheese Steak was spot on, easily one of the best I've had. Portions are huge too. Solid spot if you're craving American classics in Karlovy Vary.

Nice local pub with a proper Czech vibe. The svíčková was solid and the beer came with a perfect head. Staff kept checking on us without being pushy. Fair prices for the portion size.

The borsch and buckwheat were solid. Dark beer hit the spot too. Grilled meats came out a bit tough, but I'd still eat here again.

The veggie burger was solid and didn't break the bank. Place felt cozy enough for a quick catch-up with friends. Staff were chill about my broken Czech 😅

The salmon bagel was fresh, cream cheese and greens balanced just right. Service felt genuine, not forced. Price matched the quality, which I appreciated. Solid spot if you're nearby and want something quick without the fuss. Maybe not a destination place, but it does what it does well.

The cakes are really good, coffee too. Price is a bit steep but you get what you pay for. Fine for a treat.

The khachapuri and medovik were really good. Sitting up on the hill with that view made it worth stopping. Just a heads up, it’s a bit pricey for what you get.

The half-timbered houses at Špalíček are stunning, the alley is so charming. Great spot for photos when the light hits right.

Solid pizza, quick service on a quiet Friday. Sat by the window, good people-watching. Nothing fancy but hit the spot.

Steak came out closer to rare than the medium I ordered, and it was pretty noisy inside. But the meat was decent and the staff were friendly enough. Might try again on a quieter evening.

Decent game meat, well prepared. Service was friendly and the place felt properly rustic. A bit on the pricey side, but the quality holds up.

Solid local pub. Tank beer was cold and the portions are big for the price. Veronika handled our table quick, no fuss. Good spot if you're in the area and want a proper Czech meal.

Came for the Fassbrause, stayed for the simple pasta. Place is clean, staff friendly enough. Food's nothing fancy but does the job. Prices a bit steep for what you get though. Fine if you're nearby and don't wanna think too hard about dinner.
