Stopped by this pub in the old town for a beer. Sat outside, perfect for people-watching. The vibe was really relaxed. Just what I needed after walking around all day.

Been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and on top of things, even when it's packed.

Perfect spot to take a break after walking around the castle and the magic museum. Grabbed a coffee and a sandwich. Simple, but hit the spot. Prices are what you'd expect for the area.

Came for lunch, got the steak frites. Steak was cooked right, fries were crispy. Solid bistro food, nothing fancy but exactly what you'd want. The place was busy but service was quick. Would stop by again if I'm in the area.

Classic brasserie vibe. Went for the fish of the day, it was really nice and fresh. Ended with the chocolate fondant, which was just the right amount of sweet. Staff were quick and chill. Solid spot.

The steak frites is what you come here for. The meat was cooked exactly medium-rare, tender, with a nice sear. The fries are thin, crispy, and salted just right. Simple, but they get it right. That's the main thing for me.

food was pretty good and the service was good 😊

Stopped in Vierzon. Sardine rillettes and goat cheese pastries to start. Pickle and shallot sauces were interesting. Simple food, but good flavors.

The new owners are lovely. The place is definitely cleaner after the renovation. My only note is the wine list feels a bit limited for the menu now. Still, a nice spot for a casual dinner.

The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The dining room is lovely, but it did feel a bit chilly inside.

Love the vaulted ceilings and little alcoves here. Gives it a real cozy, historic feel. The charcuterie board was generous and had a nice variety. It does get a bit loud when it's full, but that's part of the lively vibe.

Loved the library-cafe vibe. Spent a few hours here with a book and a pot of jasmine tea. It's genuinely quiet, no background music blasting, which is so rare these days. The armchairs by the window are super comfy.

The food was pretty good, well prepared and tasty. Service was decent. We had a table by the window with a nice view of the river, which was a plus. A relaxed spot for a family meal.

Tried the squid with chorizo and ratatouille. It was cooked just right, really flavorful. My partner's tuna tartare salad looked fresh too. Menu has some solid burgers for next time maybe. A good, straightforward meal.

The wait is long and they don't do bookings. But the food is the point. The steak frites, cooked exactly as asked, with a red wine sauce that had real depth. That's what you come for.

The attention to detail in the burger preparation is impressive. Each bite is packed with flavor, and the desserts are a delightful finish to the meal!

Love the classic bistro vibe here. The homemade pasta was so fresh and comforting. Perfect spot for a relaxed dinner with friends, we just talked for hours. Service was quick and nice, no rush at all.

Food was good, service was fine. But the real draw is that they're always open. Came in late after a show, and the warm lighting felt like a quiet hug. It's just nice to know you can always get a table here.

Been coming here for years, and the ravioli is the reason. That sauce and cheese combo is just consistently good. It's what keeps me coming back.

Nice little spot for a drink after the castle. The aperitif hour is pretty good, feels like a proper local place. The crowd was a bit loud for me, but it's fine.

Been here a few times. Food's always good, comes out quick. Staff are nice folks. Prices are fair, which is why I keep coming back.

Came here for a casual catch-up with friends. The vibe is chill with rock music playing, not too loud for conversation. Their veggie burger was actually really good, kept me full. Solid spot for a laid-back evening with a group.

The food was excellent, but what really stood out was the atmosphere. It's got this warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. The lighting and decor are just right.

The outdoor seating is a really nice spot. I had my coffee there and just watched the street for a while. It was a very peaceful way to start the day.

The steak was cooked exactly how I like it, really tender. Service was friendly and efficient. Just felt the wine list was a bit steep for what you get.

The owner's cheerful vibe was a plus. The food was good, and their wine list had some nice, approachable options.

The little courtyard near the chateau is perfect for a catch-up with friends. Food was tasty, though the menu is pretty short.

Loved the vibe here for a casual catch-up! The menu's got everything from pizza to steak, so it's easy to split with friends.

Been coming here for years. It’s the smell that gets me every time. You walk in off the street and it’s just… warm, inviting. That’s what keeps me coming back.
