Even near closing, the bakery case was still full. Got a ginger cookie – it had a nice spicy bite to it. The whole place just smells like warm sugar and butter, really cozy.

The breakfast burrito was my pick. They use a panini press, so the tortilla gets this great crispy edge. The portion was just right for me, not too heavy. Solid way to start the day.

Portions are generous for the price. I really appreciated the sides—the potato salad and coleslaw tasted so fresh. You can tell they use good ingredients.

The gluten-free pasta here is actually good. I was surprised. It's nice to have a local place that doesn't make you feel like you're missing out when you need to skip the gluten.

Our server Jimmy was super attentive. The portions are generous for the price, too.

The Beast sandwich with pimento cheese is my go-to. The BBQ sauce has a nice tang that works well with the smoked meat. Solid choice for a quick, filling lunch.

Stopped here on a road trip. The owner was so kind, opened up just for us even though it was past closing. Those bagel breakfast sandwiches were exactly what we needed. A really warm, unexpected moment.
