The food was very nice and healthy, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable.

We use Deep Blue whnever we need to eat in Southsea. The food is absolutely excellent and the staff are wonderful - so friendly and helpful.  I know the food is cooked from fresh but it does take a long time for the dood to be delivered after ordering. There were only about 10 of us in the restaurant, but it took quite a while - especially the desserts which we had to chase. It won&#39;t put us off eating there, but I do wonder how long the waiting times might be when it&#39;s a lot busier.

Lovely little spot, very cosy with all the teapots. Had a slice of their homemade lemon drizzle cake with my tea. The cake was moist, generous portion. A nice, quiet place to sit for a while.

Popped in for a coffee while running errands. It&#39;s a quirky, independent spot with a real eclectic vibe. Perfect for settling in with a laptop or just people-watching. The barista suggested a natural process Ethiopian pour-over that had a lovely citrus note. A bit busy, but that&#39;s the charm.

Had my son&#39;s birthday here. The staff were really attentive, and the kids loved the games. I noticed the fruit platter for the party was very fresh, with crisp apples and juicy berries. Made me feel better about the treat-heavy day!
