出发前就做了攻略，今天来吃了，味道不错，菜品丰富，干挑面有点像伴面很好吃，还可以自己配碗汤，一碗下肚，落胃，开心！

网红餐厅，年初八初九倒是还开业的，生意也非常好，里边都坐满了。简简单单点了个干挑面，其他浇头就像自选快餐一样，都放在前台自选。加了青菜，笋干，丫头，狮子头，30出头。面条不是传统的湖州面条，介于粉和面条中间的那种感觉。最惊艳的应该是狮子头。吃完面条可以拿碗到前台续面。

据说是安吉很有名的干挑面了，过了饭点去的，店里的客人还是不少第一次看到套肠，感觉是很特别的做法，尝试了一下、味道还不错猪蹄不太好吃，炖的不够酥，比较难啃，不推荐总体口味比较适合江浙人，偏甜，价格不便宜，可以吃吃

都说他家的美食没错，那应该是错不了的吧，这次来安吉以后我也去了阿露佳，都说他们家的美食种类丰富，而且不踩坑！果然他们家真是做到了物美价廉，品质又好，在这家餐厅享受各种丰富的美食，相当治愈。小炒肉也安排上了，还有老板娘说笋在当地比较有名气，各种新鲜的笋炒出来确实挺鲜美的，他家的用餐环境给人感觉也非常优雅，充满了家的特色，每一道食物的分量挺足，杂鱼煲是他家的特色，老板娘极力推荐我已经安排上了。总的来说他们家的美食是我喜欢的，这家餐厅值得打卡。。。。

After 21 years, I came to Anji again. The first meal was at this Anji Lao Tucai Restaurant. Lao Wang ordered stir-fried yellow eel, beef tendon and tripe pot, and Anji local bamboo shoots.
