@苏樱爱分享A restaurant I can't resist: Yan Dao Fu · Intangible Cultural Heritage Clayware · Sichuan Cuisine Restaurant (Luhu Lufang Branch).
The diverse menu paired with the cultural heritage is simply irresistible.↓
① Start with the Osmanthus Peach Pastry with Red Radish.
They have chopped osmanthus flowers in it.
They look springy and soft, with a hint of sweetness. 🤤
② Then there's the Clam and Luffa. The clams are plump and refreshing. They're spitted out very cleanly, with no pungent taste.
③ The Pork Tripe with Ginger, Rice, and Peppercorns is incredibly crispy. And they feature many of Ya'an's specialty ingredients! #TasteAuthenticFood
④ Next, the Pork Tripe and Duck Soup with Sour Radish. The clay pot is made with Rongjing Intangible Cultural Heritage clayware, and the broth is incredibly rich.
⑤ Next, try our stir-fried giant razor clams with chili peppers. 🤤

There's a Ya'an-style restaurant in Luhu Lake—what a treasure! Half of the small, stand-alone building is occupied by the restaurant, with a ground-floor lobby and four floors of private rooms. The restaurant specializes in intangible cultural heritage clayware, including Yingjing clay pots. The decor has a slightly matte texture, creating a rugged yet refined feel, a touch of Song Dynasty charm, and a touch of modernity—a wonderful fusion. The dishes are exquisitely prepared: 🐔 Yingjing Bangbang Chicken: The chicken is incredibly fresh, not spicy, and has a subtle medicinal flavor. The jelly below is a real surprise; I can't remember the last time I had such a sweet jelly. The flavor is so vivid! 🐟 Tribute Pepper and Sour Soup with Blackfish: The sliced fish is incredibly tender, and the sauerkraut and wild peppercorns are a bit more subdued than usual, enhancing the flavor! 🥩 Stir-fried Ya'an Bamboo Shoots with Meat Sauce in a Jar: The minced meat has a rich pork flavor, another dish that evokes memories. The bamboo shoots are worth mentioning; they're tender and green, crispy yet slightly glutinous. I couldn't resist eating more! 🦴Honghu Lotus Root Stewed with Pork Bones: Slowly simmered in a Yingjing clay pot, the dish is incredibly flavorful, tender, and delicious, with a very fresh and fragrant broth. The only downside is that it only makes one bowl per person, so you'll need a second helping. The ambiance is elegant, the flavors are balanced, and the ingredients are carefully selected. It was a truly excellent meal. The service is also worth mentioning. The tea served upon seating is Tibetan tea from Ya'an, confiscated from Meng Huo. 🤗A unique tea🍵 aroma! Finally, the rice🍚 is hearty and chewy, and you can't miss it! The Chengdu Yandaofu flagship store recently opened in Lufang Center. It's a themed restaurant showcasing the millennium-old Yandao sandware culture. The ambiance is designed by renowned interior designers. It offers a modern take on the ancient Qin Dynasty style. It's perfect for business receptions, family gatherings, and friends. Both private rooms and booths are available. The lighting creates a truly captivating atmosphere for tea tastings.
When it comes to Sichuan delicacies, hotpot is probably the first thing that comes to mind, but today I'm talking about authentic Sichuan cuisine. Yandaofu, a century-old intangible cultural heritage restaurant, is a popular choice for gatherings and family dinners. The restaurant's ambiance is stunning, featuring not only Yandao clay pots but also a variety of exquisite Sichuan dishes. It combines delicious food, beautiful utensils, stunning views, and a delicious meal, allowing you to experience local culture while dining. 1️⃣ Mullet Slices in Gongjiao Sour Soup The Gongjiao peppers are marinated beautifully, creating a refreshing sour flavor. Paired with the plump mullet, the soup is incredibly fresh and delicious. 2️⃣ Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots with Jar Meat Authentic jar meat can only be found in Sichuan. The meat is perfectly balanced between fat and lean, and not at all greasy. Paired with fresh bamboo shoots, it's crispy and delicious. 3️⃣ Yingjing Bangbang Chicken This dish, cooked in a Yingjing clay pot, is a local specialty and a national intangible cultural heritage. The resulting bangbang chicken is incredibly delicious, with tender and juicy meat. #美食迅味会
Another masterpiece from the Old House Restaurant Group: Yan Dao Fu, Intangible Cultural Heritage Sandware, Sichuan Cuisine Restaurant (Luhu Lufang Branch) Sichuan residents are well-known for the delicacy of Ya'an's Yingjing clay pots. Because they're fired in black sand, the vessels exude an antique, smooth, and lustrous texture, making them instantly recognizable as Yingjing clay pots. Using this vessel to serve the 24 Sichuan dishes perfectly blends local specialties with local delicacies. As a 27-year-old restaurant in Chengdu, the Old House Restaurant Group has already experimented with many mid- to high-end brands, such as "Tuyan" and "Songyan," which have been very successful. Yan Dao Fu, a new brand opening in the Nanmen Lufang Center, with a per-person price of just over 100 yuan, offers a more accessible approach, allowing Chengdu residents to fully experience the service and quality of this time-honored restaurant. Our meal fully showcased many of Ya'an's local specialties. Ya'an fish, Ya'an bamboo shoots, Ya'an meat, Ya'an chicken—different flavors are all available at Lufang. While the new branch is a bit far, it's worth a special trip. #FoodFestival #TryAuthenticTravel #WinterTravelGuide
