The farmhouse is newly decorated, with the characteristics of the courtyard houses in western Sichuan, Chengdu. The dishes are mainly braised dishes and cold chicken. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, making it a great place for a drink with friends.

双流彭总带我们参观完她的新生代明城购物中心后，知道我这个人好吃，于是来了这家本地特色餐饮，在一个半山腰上，叫新三合院。虽然看起来是个农家乐，但是菜品无一例外的做得好吃，算不上摆盘上的精致菜肴，（有隐藏菜单高大上）味道第一，卤猪蹄、猪尾巴必须要吃，泡豇豆烧的鲫鱼特别入味，包括辣椒炒土猪儿肉可以纳入必点菜。

After Shuangliu&#39;s Peng showed us around their new Mingcheng Shopping Center, knowing I&#39;m a foodie, he decided to visit this local restaurant, nestled on a hillside, called Xin Sanheyuan.

Although it looks like a farmhouse, the dishes are all exceptionally well-prepared. While not exactly elaborate on the presentation (there&#39;s a hidden menu for a more sophisticated take), the flavor is paramount. The braised pig&#39;s trotters and tails are must-try dishes, and the braised crucian carp with pickled cowpeas is particularly flavorful. The stir-fried native pork with chili peppers is also a must-try.

The dishes are very fresh, as you can see from the pictures. We went late, so there weren&#39;t many people. It was courtyard style, with one tent per table, so the smoke from the hot pot could easily dissipate and not make you feel stuffy. The taste was average, and the free self-made bean sprouts were also a full basket. Except for the remote location, I think this is a very cost-effective restaurant. It was past 9pm when we finished eating, so we were just eating and didn&#39;t take any photos. Highly recommended!

There are only a few signature dishes. The eel, green pepper and green Sichuan pepper stir-fried is called double pepper eel slices, which tastes very fragrant and spicy. In addition, the spicy eel is very spicy, and the fragrance is not as good as the double pepper. The fried yellow throat is good, and the waist slices have a fishy smell that can be improved. Another feature is the fried potato strips, which are coated with sesame seeds and fried with paste peppers. It is spicy and tasty, and creative.

The loach is the specialty, and the fresh spring sprouts are very recognizable, fragrant but not spicy. I also ordered some shredded eel, and the bones were fried into a dish, which was crispier than potato chips. At my strong request, I added my hometown dish, fried egg and fried loofah, and everyone rushed to eat it. The bath kimchi tasted excellent, and even the young ginger was crispy and tender. This restaurant is worth recommending.

The star-rated farmhouse has a beautiful environment where you can play, exercise and taste tea. The service staff is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the dishes are rich and varied. It is a good place for family and friends to gather.

Stewed dishes are a specialty, as well as eel with spiced garlic and oxtail soup. The environment is quiet.
