Staying at the Nikko Hotel over the weekend, I had lunch at Serena Western Restaurant. The natural lakeside setting creates a relaxing atmosphere and an artistic vibe. I chose a window-side table and sampled their signature Italian-inspired dishes. The appetizer was the seaweed-crusted tuna salad. The seaweed and sesame aroma, the crispy crust, and the tender fish immediately captivated my taste buds. The black truffle cream broth was smooth and rich, just my favorite flavor. The signature charcoal-grilled short ribs and teriyaki cod were exquisite, tender, and juicy. The freshly baked Margherita pizza was classic Italian, with a vibrant, tart tomato sauce. I recently participated in a Nikko Hotel Yixin Lake member event. I love the balance of flexibility and strength in yoga. It's truly relaxing and healing.
