The new store is having a grand opening promotion, and the prices are quite reasonable. Their noodles are very generously portioned, thick and chewy. I took some home to eat, and even after sitting for a while, the texture didn't change much, which is really great. I suggest you order an extra portion if you go, to take home for dinner.
The owner came over specifically to explain the difference between regular and special-recipe liangpi (cold skin noodles), saying the secret recipe uses homemade chili oil. I took a bite, and the aroma was truly unique, the spiciness was mild, and it left a warm feeling in my stomach.
Located near the No. 1 Middle School, the location is quite easy to find. However, the restaurant is small; just a few tables are enough to fill it. I specifically chose to go before the students finished class, so it was quiet and I could eat at my own pace.
