Garlic Braised Pork: A must-try! The rich aroma of the braised pork whets your appetite as soon as it arrives. Each piece is a perfect balance of fat and lean, with a bright red color. The first bite is greeted by the aroma of garlic, followed by the soft, sweet, and glutinous meat. The fat is not greasy, and the lean parts are not tough. I couldn&#39;t stop eating, and I devoured several pieces! The rich sauce is absolutely delicious with rice; I could have eaten two bowls of rice!

Ma&#39;s Braised Reservoir Fish: This fish is absolutely amazing! The fish is tender and smooth, without a single fishy smell. The broth is rich and fragrant. One sip, and the delicious flavor spreads across your tongue, leaving you feeling completely refreshed.

Home-Roasted Dried Bamboo Shoots: The bamboo shoots are very tender, retaining their sweetness. They are cooked thoroughly, with a savory and salty taste, making this a perfect vegetarian dish to go with rice. The sour plum soup feels like brewed sour plum powder, with a bit of technological and hardworking taste.

The restaurant recommended by the owner of the B&amp;B is located in Moganshan Town. The environment is pretty good, it is large, and there are many seats! The dishes are served very quickly. We were probably too hungry when we went there. I feel that every dish tastes good! Especially the wild bamboo shoots, which are very delicious. The freshness of the bamboo shoots and the crispness of the mustard tuber complement each other, especially with rice! The signature vinegar fish is also very tender! But the price is still a bit expensive, worthy of the price of a tourist destination, a pure vegetarian wild bamboo shoot costs 58 yuan! It would be perfect if the price could be more affordable!
