We chose Zhongwei Farm for a gathering and ordered almost all the special dishes on the menu. Lamb leg yyds, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, every bite was delicious; salt-baked shrimp, baked with coarse salt, retaining the freshness of the shrimp; the chef forgot to add salt to the garlic sandworms, so there was no taste at all; the special salted goose, the meat was very fragrant and had no fat.
