This was during the Chinese New Year, and we came to the Nanbei Lake Scenic Area to play in the cold wind and rain.
When we entered the gate, the security guard also checked the health code of our group, which was quite responsible.
This restaurant also has accommodation, so there will be guests staying here for dinner. In addition, this is one of the few restaurants in the scenic area that is open during the Chinese New Year, so it is quite full.
The dishes are more local, the dishes are served faster, and the taste is quite satisfactory, which suits our taste.

As the bustle of day fades, Beili Lake, part of Haiyan&#39;s Nanbei Lakes, quietly drapes itself in a dreamy splendour under the gentle caress of night.

Entering the Beili Lake scenic area, the first thing you see is the uniquely shaped wooden house. The massive orange sculpture on the roof resembles falling stars from the night sky, radiating with the warmth of day and gleaming even in the darkness. The words, &quot;Remember the best scenery of the year, when the oranges and tangerines are yellow and green,&quot; illuminated by the lights, add a touch of poetry and romance.

Traveling along the winding path, the bamboo forest, bathed in the light, resembles a mysterious green barrier. The colorful lights, like lively spirits, dance and flicker through the bamboo forest, stretching and distorting its shadows to create a series of fantastical paintings. The stone pavement beneath your feet is illuminated by a blend of warm yellow and faint blue. Every step feels like stepping on the strings of time, playing the music of the night.

The trees lining the road, adorned with colorful lights, became painters of the night. Orange, gold, emerald green, crimson purple... a myriad of colors flowed freely from the branches, as if nature, using its most vibrant paints, had painted a stunning mural for the Beili Lake night. A gentle breeze rustled the leaves, whispering a nighttime poem.

In the distance, the buildings on the other side of the lake were sharply outlined by the lights. The quaint pavilions, enveloped in warm yellow light, resembled dazzling pearls set against the lakeshore. The lights reflected on the lake, gently swaying with the waves, creating a dreamlike scene, making it difficult to distinguish between the scenery in the water and the water in the scenery.

The grass along the lakeside also came alive under the lights. The slender blades danced gracefully in the night breeze, as if enchanted. The occasional ripples on the lake&#39;s surface are the gentle breath of night, shattering the stillness yet adding a touch of life.

Beili Lake at night is a carnival of light and shadow, a fusion of nature and humanity. Here, time seems to stand still, allowing one to immerse themselves in this dreamlike night, forgetting all worries and wishing only to cherish this beauty forever.

As one of the more famous farmhouses here, it does very good business. Although its dishes are not particularly amazing, they are fresh and delicious, and feel very refreshing and down-to-earth. The scrambled eggs with green onions are super fragrant when they are served on the table, and the eggs in them are authentic local eggs; the poached chicken uses local chickens raised by the family, whose meat is delicate and tender, and the sauce is very tasty; the braised taro is the specialty here. The local taro is not big, but very solid, and tastes soft on the outside and sticky on the inside, and the braised sauce is thickened just right; the fried snails use wild snails from the Nanbeihu area. Although they are slightly salty, they are the type that become more fragrant the more you eat them, and there is not much mud and sand; I ordered the braised pork with pickled mustard greens on the strong recommendation of the boss, and I was not disappointed. This pickled mustard greens is different from the ones I don&#39;t often eat. It is not so dry and has a certain moistness and chewiness similar to water bamboo shoots. The braised pork is fat and lean, not greasy and very fragrant, and the sauce of this dish is a perfect match with rice.
