We didn't go to Guiyu Shanfang because we couldn't make a reservation, so we went to Xiaoguiyu. Xiaoguiyu is relatively cheaper and the portion is not too big, suitable for 2 to 4 people. It is located on the Southern Song Imperial Street.

Guiyu Shanfang is the first choice in Hangzhou Restaurants worth visiting The tea service is professional and the tea quality is high. The welcome tea in the restaurant is Jiuqu Hongmei. Guests can choose to drink it in cups. The flavor and taste of the same tea will be different in different cups. It is sweet, delicious and rich in taste. For the meal tea, I chose Douxiang Mingqian Longjing. Tongue⋯fresh and sweet I chose a few dishes and was very full. Glutinous rice and lotus root, very delicious. The beautiful-looking yam has been specially processed to make it fragrant with cinnamon honey, tender, smooth and delicious. The Hupao Spring Beef is not spicy and has a first-class texture. The more you chew, the more you chew. The soup is sweet and the pickled pepper soup has a strong aftertaste. The camphor duck is delicious. It is grilled in a large pot and then served in a portion of a duck. It is a large piece of meat and tastes good, but the duck breast is thicker and has the texture of Xiamen ginger duck. This trip to Hangzhou was only for Guiyu Mountain House. We decided to come to the restaurant at noon without reservation and there were no seats left. We just went with the flow and enjoyed the vegetarian set meal which was particularly amazing. In the evening, we went to another area with the seat we had reserved a week in advance. The dishes were exquisite and colorful. The mountain house in the rain was particularly unique. Every breath of air made people linger. The sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance that hit the nose as soon as the door was refreshing and elegant. The aroma of the baked Dahongpao in the restaurant was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant has a distinct layout and clever design. The environment of the whole restaurant makes people calm. As for the dishes, every dish is worth savoring carefully, and the service is also very attentive. It is really a restaurant worth infinite aftertaste.

I would especially like to recommend the vegetarian food at Guiyu Shanfang. The set meal is divided into two levels, the highest price seems to be 298 yuan per person, and my set is the more expensive one. The environment of the old city is very elegant and full of Zen. After eating here, it is a very good choice to be alone and have tea. When dining, there will be an envelope on the table. When you open the envelope, you will see the contents of the menu. In addition to the name of each dish, there will be a description of the ingredients. I have eaten the same vegetables in many places in Hangzhou. I feel that the vegetables here taste like meat dishes and are easier to eat. The male waiter wears a long coat and will give an explanation when each dish is served, which is a more simple and natural scene style.

The air around is fresh. It is better to come here when the osmanthus flowers are blooming. The design of the restaurant gives people a quiet feeling, with tea ceremony, Buddhist sayings, etc., so that you can quietly think about life while tasting delicious food. The waiters are in place, and such a restaurant is worth experiencing. The overall price of the dishes is a bit high, but not too high. The environment is there, and it is worth it to just look at it even if I don’t eat it.

The waiter will lead you into the private room. The environment inside the store is very quiet, mainly in the private room. After you are seated, the waiter will bring a set of cups. You can choose to use a type of tea to pour tea. Each person has a cup before the meal. There is no wireless network in the private room. The amount of food here is similar to that of many other old clubs. There are not many people dining this time, so everyone can eat a few more bites of each dish. Osmanthus almond tofu, after pouring the sauce, the original bean smell is gone, it is still quite refreshing. Cherry goose liver, this dish looks better than the taste, the sweet cherry sauce locks the fishy smell of the goose liver, with a little wine aroma, but it is not particularly soft, it is still novel to eat. Blue stone slab plum spare ribs, I have always liked to eat spare ribs, add a little plum sourness, it is more appetizing. The basil curry prawns were moderately salty and the thick curry was very fragrant. I drank two bowls of curry sauce alone. The shrimps were easy to peel off, which was delicious, but the bread sticks were a bit too hard. Grandma's sauce beef, I'm used to eating slow-cooked veal, maybe because of my personal taste, the thick sauce has almost no sweetness. Gravy radish, ordinary radish stewed in gravy, unexpectedly delicious. This store will increase the number of drinks as long as the customer orders them, regardless of whether you have finished the drink or not, they will directly refill it. Often you will find out when you check out that the bottle has been opened and you can only pay the bill.

As soon as I entered the dining hall, I could smell the faint fragrance of osmanthus. After I sat down, someone handed me a small cup of private tea. It was very fragrant and I drank it in one gulp. I was charged for a refill, but I accepted the offer willingly. All the dishes tasted very good and the presentation was very creative, especially the hazelnut sauce foie gras with scallion pancakes. The rice popcorn side dish was peeled and eaten by the children one by one, which was very interesting.
