I asked for three and a half pounds of yellow croaker, but it didn't feel like there was much. In fact, three people almost died of fullness after eating it. A full pot of pepper and red pepper, the taste is really good, the yellow croaker is also fat but not greasy, very tender, and relatively large. #Local delicacies I feel that the eating habits in Hanzhong are very similar to those in Chengdu. The climate is more comfortable and less humid than Chengdu. Although garfish, river grouper, and silver carp can be selected on the menu, the garfish in the fish tank are almost crowded face to face, and there are only one or two other fish, which shows that garfish is quite popular in Hanzhong [proud] After choosing the fish, you can choose the cooking method. There are many options, about a dozen, each type starts at three pounds, about twelve or thirteen fish, which is enough for two people, but unfortunately you can only choose one cooking method [crying] I wanted to eat fried food, but the waiter said it was too greasy and more suitable for ordering when there are many people. One or two fish were eaten by one person, so I listened to the advice and had a full meal and chose spicy. The dishes were served very quickly. The food that was still alive and kicking just now quickly became spicy and fresh. There was no complicated cooking process. The base and oil were all prepared. In fact, the main thing about eating garou is that it is tender.
