I went to Heyuan on a business trip. I was too lazy to find a place, so I found this place to eat near the hotel. I was a little surprised. This is a restaurant that mainly serves Cantonese cuisine. You can drink tea and eat directly. Hakka cuisine has become a supporting role. From the tea snacks to the dishes, it still feels very authentic Cantonese cuisine. The crispy scallion pancake was really shocking. It was so big. It was the first time I saw it. I took a bite and it turned out to be hollow, crispy and delicious; brown sugar glutinous rice cake, the brown sugar is the sandwich, wrapped in the glutinous rice cake, and it feels like bursting when you take a bite; green pepper oil drizzled Huadiao fish, this is a relatively popular method recently. It feels like a fusion of Sichuan, Hunan and Guangdong dishes, and the taste is relatively fresh; salt-baked chicken, the taste of the public, the ordinary taste, nothing special.
