When you come to Hunyuan, you must try the Xiaoxifu Liangfen, which is the most famous local food. It is also sold at the entrance of the scenic spot, but it should not be authentic. I heard that this store is newly opened and the environment of the old store is average, so I came here to eat. In addition to Liangfen, the store also has stir-fried dishes. The taste of Liangfen is really good. When I left, I bought several boxes to take with me.

Hunyuan jelly is a specialty food of Hunyuan County, Datong, Shanxi. The jelly is clear and smooth. When you pick it up with chopsticks, it shakes like pig skin jelly. It is slippery and cool in the mouth, and the taste is quite good. With dried tofu, broad beans, red chili oil and coriander, it tastes even more flavorful. Eating a bowl in summer is very refreshing. The price is 6 yuan a bowl, which is very affordable.
