The Dudu noodles are located outside the Nanxun Ancient Town Scenic Area. I saw it while walking around. It was past mealtime, so I planned to just fill my stomach, but it exceeded my expectations. The toppings for each serving of noodles were cooked separately, and the taste of several types of noodles were pretty good. The soup was a little salty, but quite fresh.

My colleagues and I have been there twice. The environment is nice and the service is good. The noodles there are handmade, chewy and the soup is rich. There is also authentic Shaanxi Hanzhong Liangpi, which is made by ourselves, not wholesaled, and sold out every day...very delicious.
