巴邑火锅(西大街店)

This restaurant is very popular in the local area. During meal time, there is a queue outside the door waiting to go in for hot pot. Their hot pot soup is great. Even though it is red, it is not very pungent and is quite mellow. The ingredients are super fresh, and the tripe, pork slices, and shrimp balls are all delicious. It is still a good atmosphere to come here with a few friends to eat and chat.

It's crowded on weekends, so you'll have to wait in line. It's a delicious, authentic Sichuan hotpot.
