Although this restaurant is located on ICBC East Street and is a small establishment, the ambiance is wonderful. In the summer, you can enjoy the evening breeze on the terrace, and there&#39;s a large tree in the courtyard. The interior is decorated in a Chinese Zen style, and the overall atmosphere is designed to allow you to escape from the mundane and fully enjoy the moment as a gourmet.

[One] Baked Crab with Salted Egg Yolk: The crab is quite plump, though it&#39;s a bit tricky to eat, and the salted egg yolk flavor is quite rich.
[Two] Shredded Chicken with Lemon: This is excellent, very refreshing. It&#39;s also a great side dish if you&#39;re drinking.
[Three] Marinated Shrimp: I love marinated shrimp; it&#39;s not fishy at all, just delicious.

There is a long-standing freshwater fish restaurant in Jining Jiangnanchun Food Street. It serves Yunnan stone pot fish. Fish are jumping happily in the water tank and you can use your own net to catch them. The natural stone pot emits steam and is covered with a bamboo grass lid. A five-jin black catfish is freshly put into the pot and a plate of ginseng is added. The soup is fresh, white and rich. It is appetizing, nourishing and replenishing. The whole family sits around the pot and enjoys the food without feeling greasy. The hot pot makes the food more fragrant and people will come back again.
