The large intestine is perfectly prepared, braised to perfection, and crispy, tender and glutinous. Dipping it in their special sauce makes it impossible to stop eating.

I had super authentic crab roe soup dumplings here! The dough is as thin as a cicada&#39;s wing, and a gentle poke reveals a golden broth oozing out. I recommend drinking the broth first, then the meat&mdash;it&#39;s incredibly delicious! The setting is also incredibly Gangnam-style, perfect for taking photos!
