Fish are jumping happily in the water tank and you can use your own net to catch them. The natural stone pot emits steam and is covered with a bamboo grass lid. A five-jin black catfish is freshly put into the pot and a plate of ginseng is added. The soup is fresh, white and rich. It is appetizing, nourishing and replenishing. The whole family sits around the pot and enjoys the food without feeling greasy. The hot pot makes the food more fragrant and people will come back again.
