Chestnut Braised Pork | Fatty yet not greasy, with sweet and tender chestnuts. You could eat three bowls with rice. Saltwater Lake Shrimp | Super fresh! Simply prepared yet incredibly delicious. At Banmu Fangtang, a restaurant on Jining Yunhe Road, Laoyouhui serves Huaiyang cuisine. The dim sum is so exquisite that I doubt I've traveled to the south. Watching the sunset over the canal from the window at night is so comfortable.
