This is the most popular barbecue restaurant in the night market. If you come late, you can only sit outside~ The lamb skewers here start at half a catty, and one catty is about 20 skewers. The meat is sufficient and tender~ In addition, the lamb offal here is highly recommended. Both the lamb offal soup and the dry-mixed lamb offal are worth recommending~ The taste of the dry-mixed lamb offal is a bit similar to that of the husband and wife lung slices, which is relatively refreshing~ The amount of lamb offal in the lamb offal soup is much less than that of the dry-mixed one, but the essence is this very appetizing soup, which can also relieve the greasiness when paired with lamb skewers~ Overall, it is still a restaurant worth checking in~

I often travel to Lanzhou and Yinchuan for business. The barbecue in these two places is quite famous. I personally feel that the one in Yinchuan is more to my taste hahahaha. There is Nusi, and I don’t know what it means. It’s delicious. Environment: There is a large area outside the house that is full of people. It must be open-air to be exciting. You can see the position of the on-site barbecue chef and eat three more skewers. Service: Basically self-service, the food is still relatively accurate and fast! "Mutton skewers" must be ordered, fat and lean, and the iron skewers are exciting! "Potatoes" are very flavorful and thin! "Grilled belly" is delicious and easy to chew! "Grilled beans" are delicious and recommended! "Egg milk fermented glutinous rice" is what you see, what the name says is what you get, sesame, peanuts and raisins are also sufficient, it is worth a try!

This Younusi BBQ restaurant is a store located on the snack street of Zhengning Road in Lanzhou. It was enthusiastically recommended by the older brothers and sisters from Shanghai in the same travel group. I tried it and it was really good. When we went there, the place was already full, and someone was checking out just in time, so we didn't have to wait too long. Therefore, if you want to go, it is best to go earlier or later. Since there were only two of us, we ordered the premium hand-pulled lamb and lamb bones. The premium hand-pulled lamb is made from lamb ribs, the meat is tender and easy to bite off. There is not much meat on sheep bones, so they are suitable for chewing slowly. Many people ordered barbecue food, but we were worried about getting a sore throat, so we didn’t order any today.

There are several legendary Jiayuguan barbecue restaurants in Lanzhou. I chose the nearest newly opened one, which is near Panxuan Road, Yishichuan North Street, and Nongmin Lane. The taste is still so good and there is no difference from the local barbecue I had in Jiayuguan before. There are many varieties, the noodles taste good, and there are many choices of grilled vegetables.

There are about 24 or 25 chain stores of Younusi Jiayuguan Barbecue in Lanzhou, which is also one of the few brand barbecue restaurants in Lanzhou. There are a lot of people going there at night. Most people mainly order roasted lamb, roasted lamb kidney, roasted lamb tripe, roasted lamb tail and so on. Haha, most people dare not try roasted lamb tail, it's a bit greasy.
