The small, thin slices of mutton noodles are incredibly rich, complemented by a side of homemade salted chives and bite-sized garlic cloves—they're simply delicious.
Located in Dazhong Lane, it's quite famous in Lanzhou. I ate a bowl of mutton soup noodles and then had two ounces of beef shank. To be honest, the taste wasn't particularly amazing, but it was alright. However, the portion was quite large.
Noodles are a specialty of Northwest China, and you won’t find this flavor anywhere else. The shop is not big, but the noodles are generous in size and there are many people eating there.
